My wife wanted a new sink. So we went to Costco to take a look. The sink that we got was the kohler pro sink. We had to cut the granite little bit not too bad. The kohler sink was easy to install. The sink works great the stainless steel makes it to clean. I would recommend to anyone who is looking for a sink and the warranty on it is great.

My 6TB seagate hard drive stopped working after just over a year and I couldn't access any of the data. But Seagate customer service were brilliant. I sent the hard drive to them and they not only restored the data, but also sent me a separate brand new 6tb hard drive. It was all paid for by them (including the postage.) Thank you to Al especially for such prompt and service, every email I sent got an instant reply.

Misleading sales, they charged me even though I didn't use their service. Then you can only cancel if you contact sales, I couldn't log into my account as they have a different bloomberg in every country. I needed to log in over Bloomberg europe. Have not been able to cancel my subscription. Very annoyed

A very special Zazzle Customer Service Agent named Beth L. realized the importance of re-creating a digital memorial image of my dad so I could print it locally, because the stock version I ordered was lost in transit, not likely to be re-produced, shipped and available for my dad's funeral in time. This amazing woman, was so compassionate and kind and helped me coordinate the digital version to take to my local Fed/Ex Kinko's at no added cost (might I add). She did it, because she understood the importance of this photo to our family and wanted to help. I'm so grateful to her and to Zazzle for making my dad's memorial beautiful. Easy to be a repeat client when the products are good, but I will be a life-long customer because of the heart behind this company!

We get a Fandango gift card every Christmas and the crap we go through to use it is unbelievably cumbersome. Like 16 or 18 numbers followed by an additional code. Then there’s the exorbitant “convenience fee”. Convenience? It’s anything but that. Their website “improvements” keep getting more and more convoluted, it’s a torture to use. Then there’s the $5.00 we earned for “the next movie”. Another maze, another pile of numbers only to have it not work. We need to arrive a half hour early just to use the $/*%/?! card, to allow for all of the “convenient” input. We absolutely hate Fandango. Just buy your tickets or use a gift card for the actual theater chains.

My payment was due today! I have NEVER been late! When went to make a payment today, it said it could not process the payment because it was after 5:00pm. Mind you I was not aware payments could not be paid online after 5:00 pm. I needed to pick a different day. Tomorrow’s date will be a late payment. Calling the representative did not help because if she took the payment over the phone, it still would not process until tomorrow. So upset. Trying so hard w/my credit score and now this will show up as “late payment” on my credit. Just want to give up sometimes!

I received a gift card this holiday season and when I removed the packaging, a few numbers in the PIN code were scratched off. I figured the card would still be usable and went to the store to purchase a few items but was told the card was unusable without the full PIN — it could not even be scanned or swiped. The cashier told me I could call the customer service line and be issued an e-gift card instead. When I called, however, the representative informed me I couldn't get an e-gift card or refund without a proof of purchase for the gift card. I explained that it was a gift, like most GIFT cards are, and she basically told me someone would email me. I received emails that made me go through the exact same chain of events (sending the card info, informing me I need a proof of purchase, explaining that I don't have a proof of purchase, etc) before the customer service representative finally told me there was nothing to be done. I'm extremely disappointed and upset about this policy and find it so silly that three digits missing for a PIN number means I can't use the card at all. I've used plenty of other gift cards at stores without needing the full PIN. Huge rip-off and I won't be shopping at Ulta again.
