Very bad experience. I wouldn’t give any star but one star is the minimum for a review. I booked for an activity online and it came up with a message that there was a problem with my booking “ooops…something went wrong…). So I did it again after a few minutes. But the second one gave me the same error message as well, so I stopped. When I went to read my emails, I found out two confirmation emails of two bookings. I had been charged in both bookings. I tried explaining what happened about their online system giving an incorrect message. Had it not been for their erroneous message online during booking, I would not have done a second booking. And now I was trying to explain what happened but they don’t listen and they don’t care…if it’s not refundable, then that’s it no refund regardless of the circumstances even if it was caused by their lousy system. What a scheme! And their customer service experience kept on saying sorry, we truly value your business, we understand how disappointing it is when the system does not function as expected, etc. Really! What a fake! Your system is misleading the customers!! And you don’t get it? Do not trust them and would not book with them ever! Be careful everyone!
