ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have had nothing but problems with AT&T and I have given them years to fix it. They did good from about 2006-2019 but lately nothing but problems!!! For starters I had to get an upgrade due to my battery not charging...get the upgrade wont send/receive calls or texts. Then they send me an insurance replacement and charge me $350.00 NOT HAPPY as my phone was still under warranty and when I called to dispute the charge they said to talk to Assurion....Well Assurion informed me it was a manufacturers default and I should not have to pay. So I have spent the last 3 days trying to get in contact with AT&T and the agents always push me on to somebody else that I have to explain everything all over. So after more than a total of 4 hours on hold and explaining myself I had to put in for a call back for today and as soon as the agent said Hello and I said hello back she hung up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
