Seeking Alpha Censorship

Seeking Alpha removed me from moderation review status in their site forum after I complained on Trustpilot that, in doing so, Seeking Alpha was depriving me of my First Amendment right to freedom of speech.I am thankful for the existence and efficacy of Trustpilot in helping me to get my rights restored.Seeking Alpha did restore my privilege to make comments without censorship after explaining to me, by my request, the reason they had originally put me into moderation mode whenever I tried to publish a comment on their site. I am happy to cooperate with Seeking Alpha's terms of service and do not anticipate any further problems with my interactions on their Internet forum.I do think that the feedback from Trustpilot was helpful in getting my issue resolved.It appears to me that Seeking Alpha permits certain commenters more leniency in the content of their comments and certain commenters are censored more harshly. It is never my intent to deliberately demean or insult other commenters, but, sometimes, in defending my point of view, I must strongly take issue with responses to my own personal views.I believe that may have been where the conflicts with my right to freedom of speech have occurred.Again, I do not anticipate having any further problems with censorship of my comments on Seeking Alpha.Through the Moderation Team's instruction, I believe that I am well-equipped to observe Seeking Alpha's terms of use going forward.Since Seeking Alpha Moderation team restored my right to post comments freely on their site, my experience has been enjoyable and fulfillingThanks to Seeking Alpha Moderation team for your kind consideration.

Inaccurate and irresponsible. They claimed it's eco-friendly to use whey protein, that would otherwise be wasted, to recycle gold in electronics. As if whey protein (as a byproduct or otherwise) could ever be eco-friendly, regardless of how it's used. 😂😂😂😂😂 Morons. They also censored my comment on the article, so here I am. If their writers were educated or could research, maybe they wouldn't write such stupid and damaging BS. Congratulations for contributing to the destruction of the world 👌 hope Tom is proud

I had placed an online order for in…

I had placed an online order for in store pick up...usually those orders are ready within 2 hours. I waited probably closer to 3 hours having not heard an update before checking with the store to see when it would be ready. They had no record of my order even being placed. Was told to contact customer service through the app. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited until the next morning when I saw there still was no update. The first rep I texted with stated "Oh this never happens, I see your order is in process give it more time" Several hours later still no update. Texted again, told basically the same thing, this rep said they were sending a ticket in to get issue resolved, was then told it could take 2-3 days to get a resolution! This was an order containing groceries that I need now. Basically taking food from my children's mouth. Rep said they would escalate the ticket. Again several hours go by still no word. Call this time, rep has no clue what's going on, states it could take 2-24 hours once order is placed, states she will look into it and I would receive an email. Again several hours later,now it has been over 24 hours since order was placed still no email even simply stating that it was being looked into, nothing. Called again. Asked to speak to the supervisor, was basically told her hands are tied she doesn't know why this happened but she can't do anything about it. Tells me not to worry it will be resolved but she doesn't know when. Meanwhile I am stuck with no groceries and no money since my bank already processed the payment even though target claims they don't receive it until the order is delivered.

They charged my card without warning

They charged my card as subscription auto renewal without any heads-up. Good businesses send an email like "hey, your subscription renewal is soon" or even " thank you for renewal", nothing. They just sneakily charged my card and now 14 days refund period passed. I only saw that when I was looking through my expenses. They must be that desperate to resort to such tricks. Shame on you playstation!

Unfortunately, the rating does not start at "0" because that's the service I received after making, three different calls! 🤔 I "was" considering to become a prime member but had a few questions that were not available on their site!! Omg, NIGHTMARE..Customer service, intentionally hung up on me three different times when I said, "I seen a product and had a few questions before I decide." When I did "not" agree to the membership, until my questions were answered...they hung u everytime! I have ordered from Amazon before but I will, "NOT" spend my hard earned money, when I can't ask a simple question!!! There are other companies that are more personable that sell the same as Amazon! I guess they've gotten so big, customer service doesn't matter anymore, well, it does to me! Good riddings. Amazon!!!

Dreadful Fedex Experience.

Dreadful Experience.I paid for a shipment yesterday. I opted for a drop off store nearby, in Brighton where apparently I won't need to print any label, they can do this in store. I went to the store this morning, the agent there said I need to print a label myself, he also didn't know anything about the Fedex delivery service. I try to open my account, there's no proof of my purchase in the account despite paying £21 for the service. I open the Fedex emails, and try to download the label, it sends me a pdf with nothing in it except a note saying 'This is unexpected' there appears to be a problem' - 'speak to customer service'. I try to speak to them, the bot on the phone doesn't recognise my issue or tracking number, I try the same on the online chat, I get nowhere. I'm now having to give up and use Royal Mail as my shipment needs to arrive tomorrow. Absolutely useless service. I want my money back but who knows how I'll get it!
