I had placed an online order for in store pick up...usually those orders are ready within 2 hours. I waited probably closer to 3 hours having not heard an update before checking with the store to see when it would be ready. They had no record of my order even being placed. Was told to contact customer service through the app. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited until the next morning when I saw there still was no update. The first rep I texted with stated "Oh this never happens, I see your order is in process give it more time" Several hours later still no update. Texted again, told basically the same thing, this rep said they were sending a ticket in to get issue resolved, was then told it could take 2-3 days to get a resolution! This was an order containing groceries that I need now. Basically taking food from my children's mouth. Rep said they would escalate the ticket. Again several hours go by still no word. Call this time, rep has no clue what's going on, states it could take 2-24 hours once order is placed, states she will look into it and I would receive an email. Again several hours later,now it has been over 24 hours since order was placed still no email even simply stating that it was being looked into, nothing. Called again. Asked to speak to the supervisor, was basically told her hands are tied she doesn't know why this happened but she can't do anything about it. Tells me not to worry it will be resolved but she doesn't know when. Meanwhile I am stuck with no groceries and no money since my bank already processed the payment even though target claims they don't receive it until the order is delivered.
