Review of 99designs
Easy process to get started and get some designs when you need inspirations. In the end I got north of 130 proposals, some better than others, but gave me some good ideas. When/if needed, excellent customer support - ad I mean excellent ( I work as a CX & loyalty advisor). No waiting times, always happy to offer solutions. In the end I chose to purchase 2 designs which shows I was really happy.Would return with no hesitation, 99designs you have my trust!
Review of wayfair
I ordered a 6" tall pantry cabinet. None of the coupons worked so I tried to reach them. They texted me a non-working number. I found a number on the internet and ordered. She gave me $40 off, my first time using them. The cabinet arrived quickly with 3 bags of screws missing. Wayfair said I had a choice to ship it back at my expense or accept delivery of the screws at a random day and time, after I emailed them that I bought the metric screws at Home Depot. Wayfair had totally canceled out the transaction for assembly when I asked to make it pending until I had the screws. Then they said they couldn't reschedule it with them because it was canceled. So they scheduled it with Angi. The man from Angi came and could not do the assembly because Wayfair had scheduled me for tv stand assembly because they couldn't find cabinet on the Angi list. Angi said they'd send a refund in 4 weeks. I had the cabinet assembled by a local company. It took almost 3 hours because it had many pieces. The photo had looked more brown and it is gray. It is particle board and the box said made in China. We like the cabinet and it meets our needs. Wayfair has a big selection. I received emails that they are sorry about my chandelier, my table not arriving or missing pieces but I only ordered a cabinet. I got a $58 discount because of the troubles. Read BBB complaints before deciding to order from them. They describe a sofa left in the rain and people waiting several months for delivery. Later Angi sent a refund of the $81 I paid them, but the check bounced. Neither Wayfair nor Angi respond to my contacts over this bounced check.

I am doing a comparison here between UPS and ParcelForce.UPS have always delivered on time.ParcelForce have managed only twice in 65 attempts.The issue is communication...important for a logistics company.At ParcelForce they cannot or will not (I am not exaggerating here) read or speak clearly.I have CCTV/recordings to prove .This invariably leads to a breakdown in deliveries.I am fully aware of the std line 'we deliver millions of parcels and the majority of customers etc etc' however I have never had to contact UPS as they get it right first time.

I run a small photography business and got a call from a lady at WeddingPro/The Knot. She kept pushing me to raise my prices and promised “better clients,” but never mentioned it costs $650/month. If she had told me upfront, I wouldn’t have even entertained the call.She booked a 30-minute meeting that dragged into an hour and a half, wasting my time. Thank God I didn’t fall for it, but now I’m seeing so many others did — and got locked into expensive contracts they didn’t fully understand.Honestly, platforms like Zola are way better. No hidden pricing, no pushy sales tactics. I’ve had a much smoother experience there — none of these traps.Be careful if you’re considering WeddingPro. They lead with hype and hide the cost.

They don't support features of PHP 8, their software broke our application.But they insist on charging me for the whole year, even though the software does not work right (yes, you do have hidden disclaimers about this, shows just how uncool you are!)Very uncool, there are much better and cheaper alternatives out there!

The chat bot is infuriating and the agent who called was literally a moron who didn't know what a car jack was and recommended that I must be able to time travel to return items and if I use an item and it breaks as I use it then I can't return it because Its used This person was so uneducated it makes me wonder if eBay are hiring children
