Dreadful Experience.I paid for a shipment yesterday. I opted for a drop off store nearby, in Brighton where apparently I won't need to print any label, they can do this in store. I went to the store this morning, the agent there said I need to print a label myself, he also didn't know anything about the Fedex delivery service. I try to open my account, there's no proof of my purchase in the account despite paying £21 for the service. I open the Fedex emails, and try to download the label, it sends me a pdf with nothing in it except a note saying 'This is unexpected' there appears to be a problem' - 'speak to customer service'. I try to speak to them, the bot on the phone doesn't recognise my issue or tracking number, I try the same on the online chat, I get nowhere. I'm now having to give up and use Royal Mail as my shipment needs to arrive tomorrow. Absolutely useless service. I want my money back but who knows how I'll get it!
