Zoom phone is the absolutely scam: opened zoom phone business account last week and paid 52$. Just made 2-3 test calls and got account locked without any explanation. Opened appeal that been rejected without any details provided. So, zoom team simply steal money. If you want to loose a money, time and your business use zoom phone.

I've spent the good part of the week trying to speak to a sales or account exec to have a demo for webinars as I have an event coming up. I realised all calls are routed to Philippines where there customer service are basically speak from a script in an American accent and can add very little value to the problem your trying to explain to them. They say an account exec will reach out to you but till now it's been a week and nothing.

Wells Fargo is a horrific financial institution. Their bank end lives in some weird legacy box that only a few people at Wells Fargo know how to access. I had a problem with my account of having multiple profiles that keep in mind they created. Once they told me they had to consolidate my profiles it turned into a nightmare. Multiple visits to the bank and crazy talks with all of these guys at Wells Fargo online banking to get a solution. Everything for them lives in a bubble and duct tape.

Only Nintendo could publish the New Nintendo Switch – OLED Model Neon Blue/Neon Red set on the site or the price for #349.99 but if you go to the Nintendo store on Amazon it $470.00 go figure why stock it on the website and sell it for almost a hundred dollars less. Just for fun i'm attaching a screen shot of the listing.

I called to make some corrections about my online order. I got customer representative who barely spoke eanglish, wasn't able to help me and hang up on me. I called back and I got another representative with little eanglish, who was more helpful resolved an issue with my order and when I ask her one more question she made some crazy noises than turn the music on and than hang up on me. I'm still in shock from their customer service. I think I will look for other options now.

I am EXTREMELY disappointed in how my wedding registry items have been packaged and shipped to me. I’ve had horrible looking boxes with no internal packing to protect fragile items. I have not seen a single “fragile” sticker on the outside of the boxes. I just received a replacement ceramic tray off of my registry, since the first one I received was completely shattered, and sure enough this arrived in the same condition. Do people not know how to package fragile items? It doesn’t seem that hard. This is unacceptable and honestly I thought macys had higher standards, clearly it has gone downhill. I will be pulling my items off of my Macy’s registry. I wish I was able to attach images to this review so I can show you how a real company packs their items, like my crate and barrel shipment compared to the embarrassment I received from Macy’s. Then of course i can’t get a hold of anyone at Macy’s, so the message will never get to the correct audience.
