Years ago Amazon used to be fantastic but things have changed and its gone downhill big time! Delivery used to be quick, delivery details were accurate and my time wasn't wasted waiting in for something to not show up, delivery instructions were followed (I don't blame the drivers for this just the greedy one) prices were great and most of the time cheaper than Argos. I know JB doesn't have to worry about money but it's 2025 and life is hard and expensive for us plebs. Turns out the CEO wasn't happy with his billions and he's gotten greedy and it's his customers who suffer along with the staff who work there. I order a lot from Amazon and nearly every other order there is a problem. Items go missing and delivery instructions not followed and then items get stolen. Worst of all are the products, they are cheap, untested and unsafe a good example is dodgy plugs. I was nearly asleep in my bed the other night and kept hearing a crackling sound.. hunted the sound down and it was coming from my plug by my bed. Sparks were flying out and there was a whiff of burning! I managed to get the plug out without electrocuting myself and one of the prongs is BURNT! If I had fallen asleep my bedroom and home would have burned down along with my son and 2 cats. Things need to change not just for consumers but for staff. Safety is not a priority only profit matters. Shameful

McAfee uses very frivolous behavior

McAfee uses very frivolous behavior. First of all, it is COMPLETELY IMPOSSIBLE to email them. They make it so difficult to easily regret their purchase of their products. CONSCIOUSLY difficult. A company with a good product would not have to use such methods. Then they make it very difficult to prevent an automatic extension. All to exhaust their users, This is not how it should be if you are a serious company.Zero stars in ratings from me.

Have been a long-term customer. They took money for the next calendar year, 30 days before it was due. They also reactivated their auto-renewal feature, which I allow NO company to use, and I had turned off. I choose my product, not you McAfee. Once I get a refund from my credit card, I will never be a customer again. You also ruined my Black Friday online Christmas shopping for my kids, by my credit card company having to cancel my card and send out a new one.

Appalling customer support

I would give this lot minus if possible. We have been complaining the weekly dashboard being wrong for months. We complained to account manager, Caroline, who promised to get someone to fix it but never did. We complained to sales team who does not want to know. For months, no one bothers to reply and correct the errors. So the dashboard has been wrong for 2 years! Just Say No to AAA

I only give AAA 1 star to allow me to write a review. They deserve 0 stars. I have been paying for this nonsense since the 90’s, as in the 1990’s, that is a long time. I don’t know why I never canceled it but I just kept paying it. One day I get a flat tire, so I call. After i filled out the link, it told me the truck would be here at 4:32. That was a lie, no one came, even after I was told someone would be here in 30 minutes. Finally I was forced to cancel and hope for the best since they couldn’t even tell me a time or if they would even show up. So the next day, I tried this again. Called about 30 minutes in to get an update. Time and time again I called until I said why am I even paying for this joke of a service? They don’t deliver the promised product. The truck never came, and never will. I am disgusted that a tow truck was never sent. The plus side is I didn’t get killed on the side of the road waiting for the unicorn tow truck.

Been about 10 years premium client with Spotify,just a few months a year in the winter I didn’t use premium because don’t use it so much,but those months I still could use my preferred song list (but had to cope with advertising,witch I accept because it’s free), now they changed that and you can only hear a few seconds from each song, and they are using more new ennoying rules to push you 12 months a year in premium,really very stupid of them to disrespect long existing premium clients like that,because of that mentality I hardly use there premium anymore and prefer to give my money to a company that respects long existing and paying clients,really a stupid move of them to disrespect your long existing clients like that.

I purchased the Frame TV approximately 3 years ago. It was advertised as the only tv on market that you could display art when tv is off it was considerably more money than other 65 inch tv’s. The tv now has a black streak on the screen impairing the ability to watch clearly. Samsung customer care advises I should buy a new tv.

SCAM Melia bonus points

Melia American Express and Melia Rewards are points thieves. This is the worst Amex card to have with Melia hotel loyalty program. I am a Platinum member with Melia and after accumulating several points that I saved for a longer reservation. They deducted 35.000 points of amex welcome bonus without any warning, They claimed this was communicated to me when I applied for an Amex Melia. However I have never read or got any information regarding expiring points.Additionally this is the only Hotel chain that treats their premium members like rubbish. There is no existent customer service and in reality no benefits of being Platinum with them neither is the Melia Amex card worth it because they work with thieves. Their scam is to lure you in with welcome points and join Melia then deduct points and invent excuses so no one has the opportunity to use the points.

I've never had much of an issue with A&F but after one incident back in November, I haven't bought much from them. I ordered a shirt online on black friday for 14$ and it took a week to arrive, which was Friday. The size was too small so I figured I could go to the store to exchange it since I was NOT going to pay an extra 9$ to send it back. So I go and make the exchange, only to have to pay an extra 14 to make it full price because they weren't having that promotion anymore. I asked about it and they said I only had a week to exchange it for the same price but it was literally a week upon receiving, which is ridiculous. I emailed their customer service about it and although the first girl was very sweet about it, the second one that she referred me to did not try to do anything to make the situation better, nor did she offer any solutions. She merely said it was too bad and that if I wanted a refund I had to go back to the store to dispute it. So my issue isn't so much customer service, but their business practice.
