I've never had much of an issue with A&F but after one incident back in November, I haven't bought much from them. I ordered a shirt online on black friday for 14$ and it took a week to arrive, which was Friday. The size was too small so I figured I could go to the store to exchange it since I was NOT going to pay an extra 9$ to send it back. So I go and make the exchange, only to have to pay an extra 14 to make it full price because they weren't having that promotion anymore. I asked about it and they said I only had a week to exchange it for the same price but it was literally a week upon receiving, which is ridiculous. I emailed their customer service about it and although the first girl was very sweet about it, the second one that she referred me to did not try to do anything to make the situation better, nor did she offer any solutions. She merely said it was too bad and that if I wanted a refund I had to go back to the store to dispute it. So my issue isn't so much customer service, but their business practice.
