I needed an order returned as it was very poor quality. I enquired a week ago and still haven’t had any response. Looks like they’ve taken £30, sent me a bad product and won’t let me return it. Very poor customer service and will be looking to take further action.

Do not get Google fi. DO NOT GET IT. My phone was a lemon or used. I have called for 6 months with absolutely no help. Only scripts and delay tactics. Bills that do not match the quotes. Just a dumpster fire of money for a phone that hasn't worked since day one.

I have been a coustermer of ebay for over 12 year. Recently I bought a new phone and got a new number I no longer have access to the old number associated with ebay decpite having access to the email and knowing the password I can still not access my account I have been told 3 times now I have to wait 48hrs which will be 102 hours in total.the last coustermer service advisor said basically it's tuff you will just have to set up a new account despite me having a 540+ positive feedback and 100% rating which took over 12years of custom to reach I think it's appalling that they rely on a phone number especially when people sell there phones or losses them or change them. I understand security but when you can tell them what you've bought what you have listed and especially when there sending you emails saying you owe fees for listing items for sale there a joke and beside that you can hardly understand the customer service advisor as none of them are English or even speak very good English so ebat if this is how you treat customers of over 12 years I don't recommend anyone to use the service Carl smith

German hotline service is the worst I have ever seen. If I could I would revoke my contract immediately. This is bad on a whole nother level. Needed 5trys to speak to someone, who went blank and told me she couldn't do anything her screen is black and just hung up.By far the worst I have ever experienced. The greatest help for spammers. The wet dream for a lot of developers because there are no rules for using it. SPAMMERS can send and spoof as much as they want. Sendgrid does completely nothing to block all the scams that are sent from their platform. They distance them selves from any responsibility too. Already contacted them long ago, no reaction until know.

I recently renewed my lastpass subscription and it will be for the last time. My phone broke this morning and now I am unable to access any of my passwords because I had multifactor authentication set up on that phone. I reached out to the help center (and put in a ticket) two hours later nothing. If they provided any customer service (chat or phone) this might be worth keeping. I will spend the time to convert all of my passwords to another system that offers customer service in the case of a phone issue. Lastpass compounded what was already a bad day.

I was trying to load the Evernote app on a new organization provided PC. My organization's security system allowed me to download and install the program, but when I discovered I had not recorded my last password change (and could not remember it) I tried the reset password option. My security system stopped the reset link as a known security risk. So, I thought I would contact customer service and get help changing from their end. Guess what? There is no customer service!!! No phone number. No email address. No way to ask for help. I will be looking for an alternative for the uses I have for Evernote. (My account is a paid account, so I hope I will not have the same problem others have noted in getting the payments stopped, much less refund).

1Password may be good when it works, but there are all sorts of weaknesses in their system that can lock you out of all of your passwords. They generate a Secret Key and a Recovery code for a rescue of a locked account, but don't support standard Passkeys for their own application. Neither worked for me to recover my account!!! What's worse is that the company that owns 1Password shields themselves from direct customer support and only handles issues via email so if you are stuck, it is a highly difficult process to get assistance from a live person. Also, their system sends emails alerting users to improper account access; in my case, I changed my password to the 1Password software and thought I saved it into my account passwords, but it did not save and now I am locked out of all my passwords even with their Secret Key and Recovery Code. It's a weak backup system!
