Review of Google
I have been a loyal Google Pixel 4a user for quite some time, and I was very satisfied with its performance until the recent software update. Unfortunately, this update has drastically reduced my phone's battery life, turning a perfectly fine device into a daily frustration.Despite having a fully functional battery before the update, I now find myself needing to charge my phone multiple times a day. Google did replace the battery, but they did not cover the travel and time costs associated with getting this issue resolved. This lack of support is disappointing and inconvenient.Moreover, I want to highlight the sustainability aspect. Frequent battery replacements and the associated travel contribute to environmental waste and carbon emissions. It's disheartening to see a company like Google, which claims to prioritise sustainability, fall short in this regard.I hope Google takes these concerns seriously and works towards providing better support and more sustainable solutions for their customers.
