This company is amazing with the students!I'm from Mexico studying for one of the best university in latinamerica. The fact is thatThere's no exists anything better! Issuu just gave me one year for free in the starter plan, they kept their word in giving this promotion to students.Really satisfied with them, the best company ever and fully enjoying this amazing plattform.

Terrible experience - careless support

Terrible experience - in one case, a scam (Avarax electric bike), which made clear that Indiegogo does not do any bare minimum due diligence - any fraudulent initiative can get Indiegogo's support - they just care about collecting their money, i.e., they are just a pass through (and collect their share) of anything. Risk (including scams) are all on the backers. I am also struggling with another campaign that is more than one year behind - it seems it's not a scam, but you never know. Total I've already lost $900k and maybe 1,800k more... Indiegogo doesn't care

Don’t use them

I have been a member for years with reviews on my page and worked with many families from it. But one day I paid $30.00 to do my annual background check, which came back all good. Then all of a sudden I can’t log into my account. I tried reaching out to them numerous times, they were horrible at replying. After a month I finally got a response back after I kept on emailing them. They said deleted my account and can’t tell me why. All I did was apply to jobs , like I always have done. I think it’s crazy that they stole my money, then blocked my account and I couldn’t get a hold of them. You’re better off using Facebook to find a nanny or nanny position. They always have so many technical issues on their website and their customer service never respond or helps out. I also had the same person in the chat box on the help page who kept exiting out of my conversation because he didn’t want to deal with my issue. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

This platform lets sellers violate the privacy of the buyer. It is very hard to report or even talk to a real person. I could only use their chat service. I said “seller violated my privacy” and asked to be connected to an agent who simply said it is up to the seller to cancel and refund your order if you are unhappy with how your data was handled.The buyer’s statutory consumer rights are not respected on Etsy. You have no option to cancel an order as a buyer. You are at the of the seller. Plus, for every little item each buyer bothers you with emails. Very stressful to shop on Etsy.

Small Family Women Minority Suffering Business Owner

I really don't need to write much on here as you can see YELP has a terrible reviews and their customer service is nothing but a big bullying & aggressive personal (I guess they get a lot of angry business owners calling back)They are pretending to be the old good school of yellow pages, which is far from it :( I got hammered by emails from their support team trying to sell me packages to help my business grow at $15 a day!! ) Really..We all know new businesses are trying to cover bills, wages and the usual ongoing expenses when first operated so they can survive their first year!Anyways here is my brief story; I am an owner of a small family, women & minority business based in the USA who has just opened couple of months ago and strive for a good review.. Thankfully we had an amazing 4 x 5*reviews, one of them with a picture of our meal we have served, guess what?! they have deleted 3 of them under what they call it NOT CURRENTLY RECOMMENDED! Called them for explanation and he was very defensive when I tried to understand what other platforms offering such as GOOGLE, he got a bit angry and had nothing to stand for as every time he bring up a challenge I reply back, see below:1-YELP: Custmer doesn't have enough reviews?! ME: But he has 6 other reviews!2-YELP: Not enough evidence?! ME: But he posted a photo!3-YELP: He is a stranger not from the community?! ME: But he is local!ME: Then I asked him what can we do to avoid such a situation?YELP: Mam you can not fake reviews...OMG Did I just say that of course not cause if I do fake reviews I would have had more than 4 in 2 months, right? common sense...At the end I gave up as he tried so hard to contradict his own talk..Such companies should be monitored as this is very TOXIC to both business owners and consumers, they divert business based on their own benefits not the consumer's benefits .. I believe in KARMA and if we keep doing what we are doing right , YELP will soon be a history and I don't care if they delete my business account as I will have enough proofs .. hope they have some people checking their own terrible reviews looool

Square space are uncontactable. They are actually a dishonest site. I must pay an extra £225 for an annual price plan because I missed my renewal date by 4 days and did not see the button which says do not renew subscription. They offer no refunds. An honest company would have someone you could speak to in this situation in order to exit gracefully. Avoid this company.

customer service a+

Had a new garmin alpha that started having display issues.. Which i was a little disgruntled about after spending well over 2k in devices and collars and was wondering how well thier warranty treatment would be.Garmin upon testing it said it was a batch issue with displays and ordered for a new one to be sent back to me. It had been a few weeks so I called and the rep told me someone had forgotten to do a shipping request for it. She apologized, was super friendly and easy to deal with and threw in a nice bonus for garmin dropping the ball. Overall while Garmin made a mistake. I believe they went above and beyond to rectify it. Every company makes mistakes, but its how they handle it that counts. Garmin just got an A+ in my book for thier support and I hope they continue with this type of customer support.

This company sucks had trouble to buy tickets and after 4 try’s the messed up on the date I request the tickets for I started out buying tickets for Monday 9/4 after so many time trying the tickets wound up being for the date I purchased I would of not realize this if I did not receive and email asking me if I liked the movie o had not seen And then to top it off they won’t even exchange them for the correct date ? It very easy to clarify if the tickets were used or not They completely suck not only lost out on two gift cards but 20 dollars of my own money I was getting 6 tickets Never again

I purchased the "Atura - Nail & Beauty Salon WordPress Theme" from Envato, which was listed at $69, but I ended up paying over $85 after additional charges. Unfortunately, the demo import feature does not work at all. I wasted many hours trying to get it to work, and after researching online, I found many other users had the same issue with the demo import not functioning.I reached out to their support team by opening a ticket, but I never received any response. After getting frustrated, I initiated a refund request through PayPal, but I have not received any money back. To make matters worse, my account has now been blocked.This experience has been extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend this theme or the seller to anyone. Be cautious before purchasing, as it seems like a scam with poor support and no resolution for technical issues.
