IndieGoGo doesn’t screen/vet campaigns properly and won’t protect the backers against scams. They get their cut and that's all they care about. I spent just under GBP 300 for a supposedly state of the art winter jacket and despite waiting for almost a year now nothing has come through. Indiegogo doesn't monitor which campaign owners have started ghosting after lapping up the moolah and has no process in place to influence campaign owners to be more accountable. This is a failed cause!!!

I was lookin to get assistance for transportation to and from appointment. I set up everything thinking it was for one fee if 13.95 a month plus rates by providers I signed up and was charged 169.00 and within one hour I tried to cancel without being successful. Then they said it will be canceled in April 2026. I have not been able to reach a customer service phone number or get reply on how to get a refund and when I contacted a provider they said they could not help me with my needs. I was miss lead by information given to me by care.com as well as mislead regarding my fee. I can't get any assistance regarding this matter. It's been less than 12 hours. This is a total scamm

Unfortunately the support assistant didn't have the required knowledge to understand or help with my query. He went off line a couple of times - resumably to ask someone else then he sent me some instructions around the topic - like dealing with a chat bot ! I basically worked it out myself - would not have been very helpful if I was less experienced.

I bought a pair of denim shorts which arrived in poorly wrapped plastic material that was torn, exposing the material that was almost dropping out of the wrapper; worse of all the exposed parts smelled so badly of petrol that it made the clothing unfit for purpose.The courier was so horrified at the state of the item he offered to return it to the depot but I accepted it thinking I could contact Depop later on if there was any issue I couldn't handle. Depop made it impossible for me to return the item! I sen't an email decribing the state the item was in and they asked me to take a photo of the item to them for inspection first. How can one tell the smell of an item from a photograph? They kept referring me to their terms and conditions one of which stated that, you couldn't return an item for a refund if it smelled.In frustration, I stopped communicating and am now left with a denin shorts worth over £105 I can't wear.Please STAY AWAY from this criminal organisation! Once they lock you in with a purchase of their dodgy items, there is now way out for you!

I thought it would be a scam. In one day I fell in love with it. I did have a question about using it -- and customer service got back with me in less than 24 hours. I don't understand what all the negative reviews are about. (Btw, this is an honest review. I've never worked for CALM. I don't know anyone who works at CALM.)

I just moved my other two websites to wpengine hosting and their tech support has been stellar! Responsive, knowledgeable and spot on. I sense that I'm dealing with TS in America, not in India, where the TS agents have a language/slang issue. WPEngine tech support agents hear me, and help me. That's all I want from Tech Support anywhere!

The integration has been updated since the last time I used this service. I'll consider it flawless thus so far you do not have to be computer savvy to use it but it is helpful if you go through the training on how to use this service.
