Twice they locked my account once because there was a mix up at my bank but the second time they locked me out for security reasons, but would give no explanation. Then they said I had to withdraw my funds within 72 hours. Since I don't check the email used for that account everyday, I missed the 72 hour deadline. I had to contact them and threaten them with a lawsuit before they "temporarily" re-opened my account so that I could make the necessary withdrawl.
