UO cancelled my order as they ran out of stock, I got charged for the order. I contacted customer service three times by phone and each time they said it would be taken care of and there was no follow-up or record of it on my customer file when I called again. I sent them multiple screenshots from my bank account and of their cancelled order. Now they have emailed me twice to say it was only an authorization when I was clearly charged. The $50 is not really worth the time I am investing in recouping the amount and I guess this how they operate because they really don't care.
