I've been using Outlook (formerly Hotmail.com) for a while and I've found it better than *cough* Gmail anytime of the day. I usually don't use outlook on pc/mac so I don't know if the new complains about advertisements are for real but from mast past desktop experience, I would say its a bit sluggish yet conviniently presented. As for my mobile experience I have never faced an issue. Been using Hotmail since 2007 and had a Gmail account since the same time period, deactivated my gmail account around 2014 I think.

It was frustrating and confusing. When I finally made my decision it redirected me to a site I was unfamiliar with to make payment I couldn’t choose the type of bed and by the time all was said and done it said there were only two types of rooms available and neither one would work for us
Review of chase
I've been a customer with Chase for 16 months, opening a credit account with them in October 2024, with a reasonable credit limit. Over those 16 months, I have made timely payments (most of which have been earlier than the due date) and have normally paid well over my minimum monthly due. Today, I received a notification that my credit limit had been reduced by 77% since, according to the credit report that they pulled without my knowledge, that my "credit usage was high" and that I apparently have a "history of low payments relative to balances." It is beyond reason that when I was issued the card, my credit score was actually 14 points lower than I have right now! Regardless of how many open accounts one might have, or what each account is owed, credit agencies roll those markers of credit worthiness (among others) into your overall score. None of my other creditors have taken this action, an action that in and of itself lowers my credit score due to the reflection of a decreased credit limit amount that is now posted on my credit report. Apparently, Chase's ideal customer is one who makes minimum payments, maybe even late ones that inflict fees, and keeps carrying high balances. However, if make timely (or early) payments, and pay higher amounts than the minimum monthly payment (to offset the interest on the remaining balance), they have a team that reduces your credit limit and negatively affects your creditworthiness. I highly recommend skipping use of this bank or their credit card.
Review of yelp
A repeated customer of Matsuhisa in Vail, Colorado a Japense resturant, I was shocked that we couldn't pay our $180 bill with an American Express Black card, nor another person in the party's corporate American Express or Mastercard. The manager insisted they were denied. After calling American Expresss we found the bill was never submitted to any credit card banks by Matsuhisa. Max Beleck, the manager, called to apolgize the next day. But his excuse did not ring true. He gave us this crazy story that his payment terminals didn't process more than $50.00. Excuse me you can't get much more than edamame for $50.00. He simply tried to cover his payment problems. Unless you relish humilation at payment avoid Matsuhisa or carry large amounts of cash.
Review of battle
Worst customer service ever. My authenticator died, phone number changed. Reached out for help on November 27. Sent in all info they asked for and here it is christmas day and STILL no help. So much for my wow anniversary this year because I cannot log in at all whatsoever.

Yes, absolutely terrible. I signed up for a trial run and didn't get any emails confirming this. It slipped my mind that I'd signed up and have just been billed £14.99 without any confirmation from The Times by email or phone that I'm actually a subscriber. And yes, like many other reviewers here, utterly peeved that I can't cancel online and have to make a call to try to do so.

Review of envato
If you looking for any reasonable customer service… walk away while you still can and don’t purchase. Products from Envato or associated business. Their policies are unreasonable and not customer centric. If you download by error or feel the product isn’t good enough simply - tough!I bought a theme but , unfortunately the cms did not fit my learning style ie elementor based. I’m used to divi which incidentally is way better and adaptable. I asked for a refund as I was not going to use the theme. Anyway it took days and days for communication to take place including escalating the case. Nearly lost the will. Until finally a rep from envato states no I can’t have a refund. Disgusting in short as I have other software providers whom donot act the same way.Shameful policies - so make sure you’re absolutely sure you want to buy - because they will not provide any refunds .

Review of logitech
Awful software, hardware and support. I have the mx master 3 and the logitech mx keys. The mx keys has had issues where the ekys will get stuck releaseing and I had to return 2 keybaords. Then after heavy use the letters/colours on the keys have been rubbed off. The mouse ios unusable if you have a mac as you can't disable smart shift and there is no way to do it without their software. This becomes an issue when using a mac device and bluetooth as the logi options software will show the device as inactive despite being connected.
Review of logitech
*** feb 25th update ***So they kindly replied to my review on here, but although I emailed them back they STILL haven't replied a week later proving my point entirely!. THEY'VE PULLED ALMOST ALL SUPPORT!Logitech aint what they used to be! I've bought their products since 2005'ish and loved the quality and straight forwards aftersales service.Recently I bought one of their top end gaming headsets the G935 and after several months the right cup/ear piece has totally died, no sound and its frustrating, so I went to Amazon as I bought the headphones from them and tried to speak to someone via the chat, not only did they not understand me but their grammar wasnt great either, I went and explained in details whats happened and the person on the chat said they would get back to me, the next day ive not only had nothing but it now leaves me with no option but to try and deal with Logitech. From the start it was easy to see Logitech offers almost zero support, Now they have stopped ALL email support! WHY?. They no longer seem to be using their FB or social media anymore, again WHY NOT!.So ive looked at my options to get this sorted out and so far its either I call Logitech and be put through to their sales before I get though to someone who can help or I try and fix the headphones myself invalidating the guarantee...What have they done to a once great company? No way would I buy their products again. shame on the management.
Review of lastpass
Works fine on desktop (autoload rarely works, but the app at least functions) and does NOT work at all on android. I think it might be a clever security feature (see FT story today) incase someone steals your phone. Even with the password and 2FA you can't get in. As a premium user after 10 years I think I will have to switch to another app - it's useless. I tried deleting and reloading the app, restarting phone, standing on one leg - all the usual.
Review of evernote
I keep returning to Evernote every time I try another product for the same use. I find it to have all the needed features in one place, all others lacking in some big or small detail. I agree that it could be simplified and made more intuitive and I hope that this will become true on the following versions. One suggestion I would prioritize is: "keep it simple".
