paid extra money for next day delivery. was not brought to attention until after my purchase went through, that it will not be delivered the next day due to labor day but will be shipped tuesday and will be delivered wednesday. so the order i placed on sunday and paid extra for next day delivery wont be delivered till wednesday but they were super happy to take that extra cash & then after the fact tell me that it wont be able to be next day delivery. scammy. im already spending a ton on a brand new instrument for my daughter. if next day delivery is not available it shouldnt be an option.

Really bad service experience. Best Western Rutland Vermont owe us $ 150 in compensation for noise associated with refurbishment during our 4 daystay in May. The manager comes with the worst excuses for why the money can not be transferred. Totally unprofessional. We have always been happy with BW on trips in the US, but this was the last time!

BW Quetigny, near Dijon, France. Saw room with breakfast at this hotel on Agoda. Immediately prior to paying I took screenshot of booking ref and benefits, including breakfast etc. Proceeded to book and received the same, unique booking ref. On arrival BW refused to honour the breakfast. A Bait and switch operation or shambolic customer service, not sure which but either way take care before booking at this establishment and expect no back up from Agoda despite having a clearly moral and legal right to receive what you paid for.

This is the first time I feel a company actually listens to their customers. I lost my job during this pandemic, so when I got my renewal subscription, I couldn't afford it anymore. I asked the customer team if I can get a cancellation or refund due to this circumstance, and they helped me with a 50% refund and a redeem code to use when I get a new job. Thanks again for your understanding, empathy, help, and for providing a good service in different ways.

I love Amazon in some respects but absolutely hate the lack of flexibility regarding delivery.I don't need everything tomorrow but it appears that if you have not spent enough to get free delivery, you have no option but to pay for delivry tomorrow? You are loosing the it.

I. Bought 5 bottles of perfume 1 day decided to put a raggedy ring and send it to me the rest I received. I turned around about another 5. I've never talked to customer service this ring. Looks like a $3 ring which I don't wear the perfume that I bought cost a lot of money and for them. To try to replace my item with a $3 ring and then don't have the consideration to contact me. You can never talk to anybody. I give you a 0 if I could you guys suck? I hate everything about this. And I want my money or I want my perfume
