This is the first time I feel a company actually listens to their customers. I lost my job during this pandemic, so when I got my renewal subscription, I couldn't afford it anymore. I asked the customer team if I can get a cancellation or refund due to this circumstance, and they helped me with a 50% refund and a redeem code to use when I get a new job.
