Really bad service experience. Best Western Rutland Vermont owe us $ 150 in compensation for noise associated with refurbishment during our 4 daystay in May. The manager comes with the worst excuses for why the money can not be transferred. Totally unprofessional. We have always been happy with BW on trips in the US, but this was the last time!
