BW Quetigny, near Dijon, France. Saw room with breakfast at this hotel on Agoda. Immediately prior to paying I took screenshot of booking ref and benefits, including breakfast etc. Proceeded to book and received the same, unique booking ref. On arrival BW refused to honour the breakfast. A Bait and switch operation or shambolic customer service, not sure which but either way take care before booking at this establishment and expect no back up from Agoda despite having a clearly moral and legal right to receive what you paid for.
