Customer service is absolutely abysmal. Took more than 3 weeks and numerous chases to refund my item I returned to store. And then told me they would refund 'due to my inconvenience ' what dies that even mean?! I won't be bothering again

Be careful what they charge !!

i wanted to use the plus package. I realized they charged for all my friends that we use together and charged me 1152 dollars !! I never signed for it. What kind of a package jumps from FREE to 1152 dollars per year. Also plus package doesn't give you a crazy features or something.I am so mad at them right now. I took the screenshots of how shady their plans pages and how they charge. BE CAREFUL ABOUT WHAT THEY ARE GOING TO CHARGE YOU ! YOU SUBSCRIBE AND THEY CHARGE YOU AFTER SOME TIME !

Deceitful / Misleading Advertising and Coupons

In the past, Macy's was always my 'go to' store- not now. I did receive several Star Pass coupons and decided to give it a try. On the front of both $ and % passes I was to receive "25% off or $10 off" of "reg. priced, sale & clearance items" using my Macy's card. And what about the (always present) exclusions on the back side of the card?If you've received these * passes, have a look. The print is so small, close, and grey - it is, imo, unreadable. Nevertheless, I was assured that even "clearance" items would be covered. Apparently not. I made a purchase of two pieces of clothing on a clearance sale and it wasn't accepted- I had to catch a flight the next day, so I decided to buy and when I returned, sent a MESSAGE to Macy's (the MESSAGE board was hard to locate btw...) and asked for my credit of $14 and change- no word, no message, nothing.In fact, when I looked at the site today, I found no link to the MESSAGE section- obviously Macy's is done listening and have decided to deceive their customers- as they are in a survival mode. So, I taking my complaint to my state's Attorney General's Office of Consumer Affairs and giving that a shot. I am so done with this MACY's, failed dept. store chain.- And yes, I do understand that bricks and mortar stores are having a very rough time of it. Regardless, you don't send deceitful advertising coupons to your (supposed) valued customers. If you can't do business honestly, then get out of the business.

The Good Karma Hospital snd Trigger Point

I was flicking through the channels and came across this brilliant ITV new programme The Good karma Hospital. It was so refreshing to see this wonderful programme that instantly caught my attention and relaxed me in my sofa which everyone wants to on a Sunday evening. I usually click onto sky channels on a Sunday evening to wind down. However this programme really was a very good watch where I gave it 5 stars. I am an Asian British born woman and it was very refreshing to see Asians on the television in India. The next step is to maybe see different stereotypes on the television other than a doctor to always be played by an Indian/Pakistani origin. However I do understand why this was portrayed. After this programme I had my full attention on another programme which was also brilliant. I applaud the ITV for making and investing in such brilliant television. Thank you for giving us brilliant programmes to watch. This programme was new and is called Trigger point. I will give this 5 stars this was fabulous to watch well done ITV! 👏👏👏👏👏👏. Thank you for making my evening a great one! 😊😊😊

Pathetic censorship

Pathetic censorship. I wrote "he needs an a$# whippin" as a comment to someone making a derogatory comment to someone in a video. They used racial slurs and f#$k but they censored my comment. In another video, several people commented that they hope the aim is better the third time when talking about President Trump and that was OK when I reported it. Double standard BS from the woke FB staff.
