Review of fb
I deleted this app, re-downloaded it, left this one-star review, and then will immediately delete again afterwards. Instagram and whatsapp are receiving the same treatment. Zuck thought he could lobby Congress to get TikTok shut down under the fake guise of “national security” because his platforms can’t compete. Especially when his own platforms have been stealing data far beyond any other corporation (Cambridge Analytica anyone)? HA, he thought he could just buy his way back into the spotlight! I and millions of Americans have downloaded Red Note/Red book and are learning Mandarin Chinese and a whole new culture before we EVER go back to fb or any other meta platforms. I and millions of Americans feel safer giving our data straight to the source itself rather ANY other American corporation and especially government entity. Zuck paid all that money to lobby Congress, and not only are we NOT going back to meta platforms, we’re deleting them and giving our data willingly to China anyway. I absolutely love this disappointment for him; and I KNOW he’s feeling it. Enjoy all the L’s you’re going to take in 2025 Marky Mark!

Review of att
I was initially satisfied with my AT&T internet service, but my experience changed when I was disconnected due to a fee for unreturned equipment. Despite three different agents confirming that I had returned the equipment, they are now requesting tracking information that I no longer possess. After reading other reviews, it appears that this is a frequent problem with their service. This situation feels inconsiderate and disorganized, and the company has shown no understanding or support. I advise caution if you need to return equipment, as they may take advantage of you.

Absolutely useless "support"Avoid this company at all costs, they have no idea how their own software works!Edit 24th March: Now almost four weeks since we asked for the software problem to be resolved and we have had NO CONTACT from quickbooks!
Review of lego
Order placed 13/9. DPD (how is that company even still in business??) notified me of delivery on 20th. I noticed a van sitting outside my home a few days earlier on 17th but no one got out of the van. I then receive an email saying "sorry we missed you! Instructing me to collect the parcel 11 miles away in a rural garage. No contact number no email no way to contact DPD, just go collect my parcel myself. I contacted Lego who said they would have it returned to their warehouse and refund me within a few days. Seven weeks later, I the item was returned to Lego warehouse but I have just been told it takes 15 working days (3 weeks) to "process" the return and a further 5 to make the refund. Eight weeks in total to get a refund for an item that was never delivered. It wouldn't have taken 20 days in 1973 for goodness sake so to justify this amount of time, a total of 24 working days from the date they received it back in their warehouse is outrageous. But they do it because they can get away with it. Again.

Review of kroger
OMGosh! First, it is important to understand that Kroger uses a third-party vendor for deliveries, InstaCart. I placed a delivery order for 10 items. The InstaCart employee texted me to tell me that six of my items were out of stock. In the first place, why is Kroger offering items online that they clearly don't have in stock at the store I have indicated as my "home store"? They are the Kroger company, for heaven's sake. Do they not have inventory software in their system? Isn't that what bar codes are for? I placed the order only for those six items. I added the other four just to make the trip worth it for the delivery person. When I was advised that the six items I really wanted were not available, I told the man to cancel the order. That's where the nightmare began. The man said he could not cancel the order, that I would have to call Kroger to cancel it. So, I called the Kroger store and asked them to cancel it. They said they couldn't and that I should go back to the InstaCart website "where I placed the order" and cancel it there. I told them I had not placed the order through the InstaCart website, that I had placed it through the Kroger website. This information seemed to stun them. I had to speak to three people at my local Kroger before I was given another Kroger phone number to call, so I called them. That's when the nightmare got worse! I got an incredibly hateful woman who said she was "Kath." She was unkind from the first "Hello." I know people have hard days, but someone's bad day shouldn't include me. After talking with her for several minutes and being treated so ugly, I asked her for her employee identification or whatever method Kroger assigns for staff to be identifiable, she said there was no such identification. I know that is not true so I asked again. She purposefully acted, twice, like she misunderstood my purpose and kept telling me that when I call that number any number of people might answer the phone. What did that have to do with my question? I repeated my question, gosh, it must have been five or six times, and she finally said, "Fine. My id is 'Kath 123456.'" I said "Oh, my gosh. Now you are just lying. What kind of person are you"? Of course, she hung up on me. The entire delivery process at Kroger is inexcusably flawed. I have read and heard of SO many nightmare problems just as I have experienced on more than one occasion. They NEVER have what you want and trying to communicate with the InstaCart people is difficult. I learned from one InstaCart person that they are trained to substitute at all costs, because to cancel the items loses money. It is just awful. I just get in the car now and drive to Publix. Kroger - never again.

I was so excited that I met this tool 'JotFrom'. I connected some quizzes to my website. It was the very perfect tool for me. I can analyze many customers' favorites and what they exactly want from us and I have been able to give the best service to them. It's also easy to use due to step-by-step detailed elements. Thanks JotForm!

The email that I used to register my account appeared to not be set up when I tried to log in even though I remember having done it before. Anna was very responsive to me. Fortunately, it was possible to erase my existing data with them and I'm now able to reuse the same username :) Thanks a lot, Anna! <33

Review of vrbo
First time signing up for Vrbo and I asked a host a question about their property. I was simply enquiring and was not in a position to be confirming a booking. 1 minute later I received an email from Vrbo requesting payment for my 'booking'. Trying to connect with someone to sort the issue on live chat was exhausting, I was told there was nothing they could do if the host 'pre-approves' the booking. I am now left concerned I will have to pay for a property I was not in a position to book, and left wishing I never looked on Vrbo. I will definitely never be using this company again.
