As a gaming platform GoG is great, supporting a wealth of both modern and hard-to-find classic games. My main reason for this review though is to express my happiness with the service I experienced recently, in the wake of a malware attack that left my GoG account hijacked. My email was disassociated by the attacker so I was unable to simply reset my password and had to get in touch with support. I provided them with some evidence that I was the true account holder in the form of past purchase receipts, and within a few days they restored the account to me, all my information and purchases as they should be. In an age where support from online services can feel vanishingly absent (see: my experience with Discord following this same malware attack), GoG really came through and worked to fix the issue for me. I'm grateful and it's left me with a good feeling about using the service going forward.

Spent 578 days making sure not to lose my Finnish streak…until one day a bug appeared with a notification ”please contact support” and my streak was reset to day 1. I immediately contacted support reporting the exact sentence of the pop up window, desperate to get my streak back…I never heard about them. I am on Premium version as well as my family so one could hope for some minimal assistance.

I placed the order online and chose to pick it up in-store because I know the item is available in the store. But it still takes 5-8 business days to process. I called customer service but didn't get any help. I was very disappointed with their service and think they will go out of business soon if they don't improve it.

Unbelievable. Driver first continued to delay arrival time. From 11 to 5. I received call from supposed dispatcher that driver could not get into loading dock - which was not true because i rushed down and loading dock was free. I believe it was driver making excuses. Follow up call from XP claimed that was not dispatcher. A whole day wasted dealing with them. I cancelled the whole order and Macy’s lost a good customer.

Worst Service at the moment, Hostinger is good but their policies are just very awful. The customer support is saying that after purchasing the domain, the domain is trainers rack they themselves turn on the auto-renewal and don't let the customer know about it and now I am asking for refund just after the deduction of payment but still no one is issuing me a refund godaddy themselves refund a domain because its customer right to have a refund this is bad business practices. Thank you
