I put a one star cause I had to this company is a joke. Period they have verified my bank my identity and still are holding my money hostage for 9 days now. Do you know how expensive things are it's hard enough to survive. This place should pay out millions in restitution they are thiefs. Technically I paid them 6 dollars to sign up for there useless service for them to hold my hard earned money hostage from me for no good reason. I've contacted an attorney. Anyone thinking about using Venmo don't there are 1000 percent a scam a fraud and will steal your money. I think they do it to earn the interest on there customers money in there own bank. That's only a guess but think about it....
