I backed a project for MIPACHA in September/October 2020. They have pushed out the delivery date so many times (and most times they didn’t even have the guts to email me). I rec’d a product I ordered 6 months later that was a gift and no longer needed, too big and wasn’t happy with the quality. Mipacha customer service is as useful as a tiny umbrella in a massive storm!! Had a few back and forth emails and in their last email they just basically said that i backed up this project and there is no refund.Absolutely outrageous! Fuming! 100% that I won’t back-up anything in the future and I will definitely avoid Mipacha! (Rude and rubbish customer service!) Avoid them, guys!
