Facebook fails to protect from Hackers and Disables Accounts without an appeals process

I have been caught up with hacking loop that is preventing me from accessing account. This is what happened, somehow an individual has linked an Instagram to my account, they gained access to the Facebook account, got all the information they needed for whatever purpose they intend to use it for and then changed the age to under the legal requirement, which has prompted Facebook to disable it. They must have changed the email address as I did not receive an email that provided a way to appeal. Facebook Help pages require either that I log into the account, which I can't as it is disabled or log in via Instagram but the linked account is the hackers so I can't appeal through either of these means. I just want my photo's and contact lists back. The account is over 20 years old. I have lodged a complaint with the government bodies here in Australia, as Facebook failed to protect my privacy and have again failed me by providing no way to resolve this situation.

Have I got news for you.!!

Just flew business from Madrid to Dubai on an A380 and did not enjoy the flight. Business class is located on the upper deck level and in total there are 76 seats there compared to about 50 on a Boeing 777.We sat in row 19 and to be very frank with you there was so much walking up and down the aisles that it was impossible to sleep and relax - one was constantly disturbed. It is a six hour flight and I had to wait two hours for the main course to be served and almost one hour for a cocktail to come. One hour before landing the cabin crew start clearing up throughout the cabin which means that there was less than 3 hours time of reduced disturbance on the flight .My advice is do not book travel in business class on A 380s you are better of flying economy and saving money. Our impression was that we were located in the middle of a very busy train station.Emirates no longer provides a wash bag with some basic items such as toothpaste ,toothbrush , lip balm and the like and further more printed on our boarding pass was NO ACCESS to their lounge - and that is the first time in my experience that I have travelled in business and was denied any lounge access.Emirates really needs to pick up their game as this was certainly the least enjoyable flight in business that my wife and myself have ever experienced. We have no intention of ever flying them again for obvious reasons.!!!

I have ordered online quite a few times and I am always happy with the product. On the few occasions I have had to return, it's been seamless because I return at the store. Never had any issues with this company and customer service is always courteous.

I'm unable to mark 0. I have unsubscribed and made a complaint to them about unsolicited contact. They are spam merchants. Avoid at all costs. Next step is ICO to prosecute. I already asked for my info to be removed after closing my account and being prised that Deezer would not email. GDPR non-compliant.

Absolutely hands down the worst service of any company (not just streaming)

Had a reduced price account with my Sonos I bought a few years back. Found out recently they've been randomly taking twice or three times the money from my account each month, Raised this with their support several times, sent all the Paypal ID's as they requested, then the comms just went dead. Now they've de-activated the account. Absolutely, truly and definitely the worst company out there - not just for streaming, but for anything. And look out for the 'sorry' response to this message, and 'we couldn't find the correspondence on the account'. 60%+ all giving a 1 star rating says it all.

Service threads probably not synchronized

Good service. They charge plan is really high - probably not continue to be their paid-user. But 4-star on TP is not about high plan $, but for their threads within service - probably threads are not set up correctly. When you upload something, and try to edit other design - that is not possible. All PC resource blocked by browser. I am sure 95% that this is caused by threads and their synchronization. You should fix this!

I have ordered a crockery cabinet which I received today, the hardware to assemble the cabinet is missing in the box, I requested call back from customer care for the hardware required to be provided by the seller or it is to be returned for replacement. I have received three call back from customer care 1st time after hearing my problem and the order Id he was unable to hear me.and dropped the call2nd time the same problem after hearing my problem she also unable to hear me. Droped the call3rd time customer care listened my problem carefully and told me to hold for a minute, after 8 minute she disconnected.

Spend your money, get damaged goods!

Imagine spending €3500 of your hard earned cash on brand new gear, only to get items that are damaged in transit! Then, to make it worse, Thomann don't want to take direct responsibility, but want to claim from UPS instead and then make you wait a few more weeks, before you can enjoy your hard earned items.When I asked them to take everything back and refund me my money, I was met a cocky response of "You bought it, now you own it - it's not our responsibility" As soon as I said that the call was being recorded, the staff member hung up on me. So tell me, how is this goo customer service?

Have tried to subscribe for a couple of years and it has been the most awful experience, never can log in, if I can says I haven’t subscribed -paid a year and did not get access at all. So fed up with it and there is no one to complain to and speak to about issues. Would like online access now due to Covid-19 but there is no help line! Other companies redirect these to employees home phones, why can’t the telegraph!

I have had an online account for 20 years and order periodically. Recently I ordered some items and after pick up I realized I needed to return one of the items. I went to the store and while at customer service the refund was $3.00 less for the item. I had my iphone with me so the clerk could swipe the bar code from my e mail for the return. When he could not determine why the computer refunded a lower amount I told him I would pull up the order on my phone. In order to do that I had to sign into my account. When I did that the order came up and then the Target site closed and I could not open it again. I never use my phone to order on Target. When I got home I found out I was locked out of my Target account on my desktop. I called Target to see what the issue was and the rep told me I had tried signing in more than 5 times. I told her that was not the case that I had signed in at Target and was then locked out and tried once at home. I escalated the issue to a supervisor and they researched it. They found that because I had used a device that they did not recognize that the security system locked my account. I told them to unlock it but they wanted me to reset my password. I told them I would not reset my password. If they wanted to keep me as a customer they needed to fix this issue. They told me they would have someone contact me but that was 2 weeks ago. I have sent them an e mail to close my account and do not plan to shop at Target in the future.

Review of domain

Easy to use at first, not so simple after the first month.

After trying 3 different cards to renew my e-commerce, Domain.com is still unable to renew it. They don't allow manual renewals & I've spoken to over 6 people regarding the renewal. I'm now in the process of transferring my domain to shopify, hopefully that process goes well after the rough time I've been having with this company.
