Had a reduced price account with my Sonos I bought a few years back. Found out recently they've been randomly taking twice or three times the money from my account each month, Raised this with their support several times, sent all the Paypal ID's as they requested, then the comms just went dead. Now they've de-activated the account. Absolutely, truly and definitely the worst company out there - not just for streaming, but for anything. And look out for the 'sorry' response to this message, and 'we couldn't find the correspondence on the account'. 60%+ all giving a 1 star rating says it all.
