I use this website every day, mainly for sportS updates but also for world news information. I generally enjoy the BBC's impartial style of reporting however, I am beginning to notice a bias in news reporting which is against their policy and ruins the viewing experience.

I apparently bought a couple of images 7 years ago and have not used this lot since. Yet I get an email this week about re-billing of my account for another year. Thinking it a scam I contacted them only to find theyve been billing me all these years when I have never used their service. Shocking! And to delete my account I was told i had to download 2 images first. I don't want any images, I haven't for years! No contact in 7 years, no reminders and out of the blue I get this hassle. What a bunch of thieves. I will try to get some kind of refund or close my account but looking at other reviews don't hold out much hope

I was charged accidentally for mywebsitename.comand Mywebsitename.onlineI was surprised by the extra charge. I was only looking to renew mywebsitename.com.I spoke to Hardik and he was able to refund me the appropriate amount back to me for the renewal of the website I did not want (Mywebsitename.online)It took less than ten minutes. I thought that money was gone and I falsely accused domain.com of being scammers.They were more than happy to refund me. Hardik went above and beyond for me, I am thankful he was there to assist me.

Buymecoffee is a total scam! Has anyone been able to get any money paid by them? I was not able to withdraw something like €15. The replies they state in trust pilot about people violating their terms and not providing enough evidence is either a automated bot leaving them or a total lie. I am actually very surprised to see that they answer to comments on here, regardless of what you send them (evidence or emails etc.) they never reply to you.Anyways, if you're ever able to get a withdrawal from them, what's the point using them since they use Stripe with extra fees on top and zero customer service? You'll be better off going direct with Stripe where you'll end up with more in your bank account after withdrawal and you get a real customer service that's there to resolve any issues if you ever have some!
