Review of 99designs
I found the designer that was perfect for my project. The experience exceed my expectations. Being able to cancel a contest if I was not satisfied with the submitted designs gave me the courage to try 99 designs. I had some hesitations but everything went perfectly. The platform is very user-friendly. The best part- i was able to comment directly on the design and point directly to things that needed to be fixed. After working with an agency, this method of communication between the designer and client is very effective and much better than what i have seen previously working with local agencies. Overall, great experience with platform and designers.

Rene & Steph were excellent with my Yorkie Rocky who has separation anxiety. He loved them and their dogs. They communicated very well with texts from the start of the reservation that made me much more comfortable and secure. During the dog sitting they text and sent pictures regularly. They took him for a walk which he loves. It started to storm later on causing me to run late and they were very accommodating and sweet. I will absolutely use them again when in Silver Spring, Maryland at my daughter’s house. In fact, my daughter will be using them as well.I am beyond thankful that there was a safe, fun, loving option for my dog while I attended my daughter’s graduation. I was able to relax, enjoy myself and not worry about Rocky being scared.

For an app that provides a way to communicate, its so ironic that its so difficult to communicate with viber. I have used viber briefly because for some reason, this is the preferred app in th PH. However, after accessing viber through personal laptop and work laptop, I got blocked. I have sent several requests to unblock my number to no avail and there is just no way to reach them. Seriously switch to Whatsapp people!!!

I trusted this company because it used to be Canadian. I ordered 2 sheet sets that were higher priced than the sales they had on intentionally hoping they were higher quality. They sent other brands that had the same description but were lower priced when I went on their website. When I spoke to the agent she said oh, they are like Wayfair or Amazon and if the one supplier is out, they will substitute. She wasn't interested in the price difference when I pointed it out and said that 14 days after order if not canceled, too bad.
