I can't get used to the officiousness of the staff who work at NTI visited Claremont and had not remembered my membership card ...got a lecture on how it cost NT an extra £4 to look up my infoThen a second lecture on the inconvenience it caused because I wanted a non dairy milk in my cappuccino Im just about getting used to having to show the card multiple times at one site....I got another lecture on the need for this top security to protect revenue
