DO NOT return by post

I’ve been shopping at Zara for years, recently got a really shirty email off them about a return, saying an item I returned “wasn’t in perfect condition”. If you want your item back in perfect condition, Zara, try sending it to me in perfect condition in the first place. I refuse to buy anything from them online now as if they decided one of their cheap rags (quality has declined so much over the past few years) isn’t in the condition it should be (and most of the orders I place have some item with a problem let alone that their sizing makes no sense) then they can just keep my money when I return it? I don’t want to go out of my way to get to a store, I’m busy enough, and ordering online was really convenient but I won’t risk my money anymore and it looks like I’m not the only person having this issue. Plenty of other stores will be grateful of my cash.

Macy's customer service is a joke

Macy's customer service is a joke. I had multiple issues with an order included a back ordered item, a canceled item, a botched refund, and delayed shipping. While trying to connect with someone on the phone about my order, I was not connected to anyone and the call ended. The robot told me my order was not so important that I could talk to someone about it. F U C K this company. Never buy from them. They don't care about you at all.

Worst Website Ever!!!

I thought it would be an easy process for me to send my sister-in-law a Macy's e-gift card for her birthday via the Macy's website. Boy, was I wrong! Not only did the note section limit me to 100 non-special characters (so much for punctuation and an unabbreviated, thoughtful message), but I was unable to schedule the e-card to be delivered on her birthday, which is three days from now. On the final checkout page, there was no preview of what I was trying to send, which left me feeling uneasy about the entire process.Get with the times, Macy's, and hire yourself a REAL web development team that can bring your website into the 2000s. Your website has 1990 written all over it. The fact that your website does not allow special characters tells me that there may be other web vulnerabilities lurking, as this was a common practice YEARS ago when SQL injection was an actual threat. Competent web developers today have ways of preventing this type of attack so your customers aren't restricted from using certain types of characters, which is quite frankly, silly in my opinion these days.Needless to say, in all my frustration (and lack of confidence in the Macy's website), I decided to send her an Amazon.com e-gift card instead. One would think that a company the size of Macy's would have the budget to design a much better website that is capable of competing with all of the other online retailers out there today. Sadly, that is not the case. What's even more pathetic is the fact that nowhere on their website is a feedback button, which is a clear message to me and every other (former) Macy's customer that our online experiences do not matter one bit to Macy's.

Review of lastpass

A terrible place to store your passwords

The import of keepass XML is buggy.The export of the lastpass database to CSV presented me with 4.5 rows, when there should have been hundreds. And let's not forget that these clowns get hacked every 3 months or so. I wish I'd never opened an account.

Efficient Dell Monitor, Responsive Support

Using a Dell monitor has significantly enhanced my workspace, though Mac connectivity required an extra cable. Overall, it's been a positive addition. Dell's premium support on WhatsApp is prompt and attentive, ensuring my display issue was quickly resolved . Despite a minor setback, their efficient follow-up and service leave a good impression.

Review of LinkedIn

If I could give no stars I would

If I could give no stars I would, had the account less than 2 weeks when it suspended my account and when I tried to verify my identity it said they couldn't do so despite using perfectly good drivers licence. You can't contact anyone at LinkedIn or Persona who they use to verify the identity. As others have said you can't contact LinkedIn without Logging In and I can't log in because (go back to the start of this review). Are they just harvesting details to sell on darkweb?
