No Customer Service

You cannot rely on Samsung for customer service. My tablet stopped working 34 days after I purchased it. I was on chat for over two hours, mostly waiting to confirm it doesn't work. There are no repair centers in the Seattle area either. So it will take 9-13 days to send it in and get it repaired. If you rely on your device for work, like I do, avoid Samsung. Pick a product that will last, has convenient service locations, and treats their customers with value.
