Do not purchase from microsoft!! I bought an Xbox one in late March 2020 and had a ‘free month of Xbox game pass’. Not aware of what this was or the small print, I naively entered the code. Unaware I had to manually turn off recurrent billing I incurred 3 months of £7.99 payments for something I was not aware of or had never used. When I contacted Microsoft support their service was nothing short of abysmal. I had to speak to 7 people before finally getting through to a manager, 2 of which hung up on me, 1 promised to call back and never did. They said their hands were tied because ‘the policy does not allow them to refund products purchased over 28 days ago’. All customer service representatives were polite but utterly useless. Just like Amazon and other big companies Microsoft’s policies are completely designed to con hard working people of their money. I have withdrawn all transactions to Microsoft Xbox and will not be purchasing ANY of their products in future. They have lost a customer as a result. In short, I would recommend not buying from Xbox. If you do, be very wary of any small print/micro- transactions and action any mis payments within 28 days.

I signed up for the free trial and decided not to proceed. Annoyingly, there is no way to cancel this online, so tried customer services about 3 days before payment was due.No response by email or Twitter. Then they took the subscription price anyway. I was still getting no luck with customer services.Eventually, I contacted PayPal who refunded the money immediately.It’s dishonest to treat customers this way. If the free trial doesn’t convert us, it speaks to the quality of the product. They shouldn’t use underhand tricks like this.

Great software easy to use and configure, works in the background and doesnt use a great amount of system resources. Backed up by an outstanding customer support who always come back and reply to any issues you have quite quickly, also listen to what you have to say and advise solutions which for me have always been satisfactory.

I just had a question for Support. As with the other 2 times they answered within a few hours with a step by step paragraph which helped me do what I needed to do. I was very impressed again with the speed of the answer but also that they really knew what they were doing.

Do not get HP all in one plan is the worst. I’ve been out of Inc. for two days. They said they weren’t monitoring it. I don’t have more apologies than my age once I get my ink. I’ll start turning off my computer to keep you from monitoring and just purchase my own damn printer ink, I will never purchase another printer with HP nor enroll in one of your plans

I purchased the Logitech Z906 surround sound system and the following month the bass box would get very hot on the back panel. Also, at the same time the sound would stop after about 20-30 minutes of television use. And now for the nightmare Logitech put me through. First they wanted ludicrous information which had nothing to do with the system. First they asked if the fire department had been called out to my home. Then they asked if I had filed for insurance on the system. After several stupid questions they asked for a video tape of the system up to the point of the sound failure. Then they asked for photos of each piece of equipment along with a hand-written note showing the date and model number of the system. I sent them the photos only to be told they needed more photos of the same.I complied with every instruction which they gave me. During the chat line I was cut off and disconnected several times. Then several weeks went by with no communications from them although I continued to try and contact them. Now they want me to pack up the entire system and mail it to them so they can "evaluate" the system. They even want the speaker wires. All in all I have been "played" by Logitech Customer Service and have wasted HOURS trying to get some sort of result but with no results. I HIGHLY recommend NOT to purchase any Logitech unless you want to be played as a fool by Logitech Customer Service. I am so angry to have wasted my time and money only to be "played" by Logitech. Now I am out several hundred dollars as well as a sound system. Why do they treat customers like this?

I called this morning on 01/17/25 and spoke to an employee named Anna. I needed guidance on a product ( straw/hay ) to help a cat & 3-month old homeless kitten where I reside. We are having an Actic Blast and my compassion for the animals or anyone outside is unwavering. I'd never bought straw/hay before & another merchant in Baytown whom works for a feed store referred me to Tractor Supply because Marcus who was wonderfully helpful enlightened me they had loose straw/hay at TractorSupply store. I let ANNA know my situation and why I was looking for this product. I specifically asked if they let people have what's fallen off the bundles of hay. I'm on a low income. I felt the need to help an animal hopefully stay alive throughout the COLD. She's said no they don't do that. I asked how much straw/hay cost. She told me $15.29. I was just glad I was able to find this in Baytown. I went to their store on Garth Rd and there was 10 people waiting for FREE loose straw/hay that I asked ANNA if they had or did just as Marcus said. I asked her why they were getting free straw/hay? She raised her voice and immediately said "don't start in on me". I let her know why she was treating me that way when I just asked a question. It's hard being lied to & then Anna turning it back on me. I am ill a severe stage 4 with multiple challenges and a senior citizen. I went ahead and purchased for $15.29 and asked where do I get the straw/hay? That was a mistake to because I again was treated poorly by asking another question. I've never been in a Tractor Supply store and would never again or recommend this store to anyone and would definitely let them know to avoid at all cost because they have assaulting insulting employee. She's responsible for her lie and lack of apologetics. She's snide and hateful and I called her a freak after I went back in the store after driving around to the side of the parking lot where I was told to go and on the way to the straw/hay room there was loose straw/hay on the parking lot floor and I got out of my car and put 3 hefty bags of straw/hay in them filling them up off the ground and put in the back of my car. I drove up to the front of the store and went back in and got my money. She was proud. It's sad in these last of last days people don't respect people and even lie and they are rude to the elderly. Without mannerisms there's no HOPE NO LORD. It's a disgrace and in the words of God it's a wicked perverted act of ungrateful and giving no Thanksgiving for employment. I suppose jobs are a dime a dozen with employees who have customer service skills as Anna. When I was her age my employer would have fired me on the spot. People need to know there replaceable and to appreciate there position The LORD has graced them with.
