Over the past five years, I've considered switching to another platform multiple times. While I appreciate Brevo for its design and campaign setup features, I've encountered significant issues, particularly with their customer service. When I've needed assistance, it has taken days to receive a response, and the replies often seem superficial, sidestepping the actual issue. There's a recurring assumption that any problems arise from user incompetence, which isn't always the case. I'm currently on the starter plan, and it leaves me wondering if my business isn't considered important enough to receive adequate support, which is a source of frustration. I've previously raised these concerns with Brevo/Sendinblue, asking where I could provide feedback, but unfortunately, I never received a reply; they tend to divert the conversation away from the issue at hand. This experience has left me quite disappointed.
