When I first got service with AT&T 2 years ago I had no issues. Recently they said they were going up on prices (a rep told me because of inflation) and since then my wireless and internet are useless. I don’t get phone service in the same areas, several dead spots, and the WiFi is basically to watch tv, nothing else. And they’ve told me I have the fastest package they offer in my area. Don’t recommend.

Having been a loyal customer of Amazon for over ten years my experience lately means I am on the verge of deleting my account and going elsewhere. Two deliveries in a row delayed then one delivery promised for yesterday. Nothing ! This morning had an email saying it was undeliverable and was being returned.The second part of the order is now saying delayed so are they going to say the same for that delivery?Am fuming!! Get your act together Amazon. UPDATEWithin 20 minutes of writing my review I had an email saying the package will be delivered today BUT the same was said for the first package. Suppose time will tell if it arrives today or is undeliverable tomorrow !!FINAL UPDATEHad email saying all my order is cancelled and will be getting a refund. What a joke you are Amazon. Will be cancelling my account with you (and will tell you exactly why) My money that I spent every month with Amazon will now be going to other,more reliable retailers. Your loss ! BYE

I purchased the Nokia XR20 with high expectations, but unfortunately, my experience with Nokia Mobile Care has been extremely disappointing. The recurring issue of my phone not charging led me to contact their customer service multiple times. Each time, I was provided with temporary fixes that only worked for a short period.After sending my phone for repair, I have been waiting for over four weeks without any progress. The lack of transparency and inconsistent information from the customer service representatives have only added to my frustration. The promised 10-day repair turnaround mentioned in their terms and conditions has not been upheld.I am now left without my phone for an extended period, while the technicians await the necessary parts for repair. Given the ongoing issues and the considerable delay, I believe a replacement should be offered as a resolution. This phone was advertised as "indestructible," yet it has required extensive repairs within a few months of purchase.I urge Nokia Mobile Care to take immediate action to address this situation and provide a satisfactory resolution. The current level of customer service and repair delays are unacceptable, and I hope Nokia can rectify this and restore my faith in their brand.

One of the most dishonest companies I have ever had to deal with. Disgusting fraudulant practicies. What is the scheme? So you have 30 days for free return of merchandise. If you do so, be sure to check carefully for a refund. They simply do not send the refunds after it is confirmed they did receive the return. Apparently, they hope significant part of their customers will just not notice. Taking into consideration how big that corporation of thives is, it's a substential sum! One might think: mistakes happen, surely it is not the policy. Well, what if such "mistakes" happen time after time? After nearly 5 months I've discovered a robbery for ~€85. It was refunded eventually. The next returned item - exactly the same problem. But this time the thieves had a nerve to lie, be plain rude - and even go so far to insist they actually have "just received" (2 weeks after the actual delivery date) the returned item, and have sent the refund immediately after. Surprise, surprise - money never came through. When I have asked for proof, I've just been ignored. The case goes to the police. If you are a victim of bol's criminal activities, please stay tuned, I will hire an attorney to represent all of us in court, and after that I will publish email created for that purpose. Let's make sure they will not get away with it!

I was gifted a print and digital subscription for Christmas and am incredibly disappointed from the outset. I still haven’t received my first hard copy and have just been told that I will not receive it, but must now wait for the second edition of the year. At just over £200, it isn’t exactly cheap, and to renege on one’s promise from the outset is poor practice and inexcusable. The Economist’s justification for this: “Well lots of people didn’t receive their first hard copy of the year, so it isn’t just you!”

I called them on October 10 to cancel and have my ticket held for a flight later this year. On October 18, I received an email regarding my boarding pass, so I contacted Qatar Air to remind them of my call to cancel on Oct 10. I offered to give proof of my phone call but they stated they had a record of it on Oct 10 but couldn't give a credit since I called within two hours of the flight. They stated they would investigate further. After two follow up phone calls and two weeks later, they denied my claim. Despite having proof of my call they denied it, which I consider an unfair business practice and response. I lost $1740 in the process. I would never recommend this airline and their faulty customer service. JG
