I placed an order and did not receive it. I emailed customer service and got no response. I emailed again they said they will send out another order. It's been a month. Is it coming by donkey? They refuse to just give me a refund. I do not recommend this company

I used to love hotel.com. Really easy App, good prices and great simple loyalty programme. 10 stays = 1 free night, nothing complicated, simple period. Hey says hotels.com's new owners say, "hey, let's complicate the hell out of our customers". You need to be a contract lawyer to keep on top out it. I'll more than likely just look for the cheapest options now.

I need to cancel my Doordash subscription here in Columbus, OH. Doorsdah is great when you recieve the wrong item or something is missing. However, there are a growing number of people they employ who try and find sneaky ways to steal food. This includes, but is not limited to, taking a picture of the food somewhere near you and still walking off with it. But the worst part is communicating with their support. They l, behind the safety of a chat, tell you the outcome will likely be unchanged and cut you out of the chat.Even if I'm gonna be cheated out of my money from a thieving dasher, being tossed aside easily by Doordash's support is THE WORST PART. They may not be able to control all dashers but the staff they hire and how they are trained to handle people.is all on them. They have to know the low quality of dashers they hire. Period. And the staff too? Pay more for a different service.

0 stars would be the correct rating.Very deeply disappointed with the meat and fajita portions,Eventhough I ordered mostly all ingredients in the bowl , the bowl is not even filled by half of the size.the employees were not even placing 1 ladle full meat into bowl,I am a regular customer to Chipotle but the last 3 times my orders made me to change my mind. I ll never go back to Chipotle again, the portions of meat is ridiculously low, they are just acting as if they are placing meat but in reality they didn't put the standard portions of meat,looks like this is a business gimmick to persuade the customers to go with double meat.I am definitely looking for alternate Moe's or Qdoba for my next lunch options.

I recently found out that BitDefender has removed the ability to block websites under "Online Threat Prevention". BitDefender Total Security appear to have this feature in Parental Control, but it has been removed from "Online Threat Prevention". I do not want to block a website for a child, I want to block it globally. There are instructions for how to so this all across the internet, but the "Action" dropdown under Exceptions is no longer there. It is disappointing when a company removes key features from their product. After years of being a loyal customer I am not going to be renewing.

My parcel came empty.Yesterday i received a parcel and nothing was in it. So i contacted zara for help. Today they got back to me and said (despite the photo i sent them) that it was nothing to do with them and insinuated that i must be lying about my order not being in the bag. This is extremely unprofessional and a massive inconvenience. Nothing I have ever experienced from a brand before.Luckily I have a large following on Instagram and TikTok so I will be sharing my story on there and raising awareness of this shocking customer service.

Is there a way to put zero rating? this is the worst provider ever, terrible customer service , unfriendly, unhelpful, uneducated. The internet quality was bad, cutting all the time. When you want to cancel the contract it is extremely complicated to find how to. I have never felt hate toward a company but this is what I feel for Vodafone, extremely frustrating to have a contract with them. Stay AWAY!

I ordered 2 sofas from Macys online on December 15, 2020, I was informed that I would have to wait till August 2021 to receive my furniture, I agreed to wait 8 months. Come August I was informed that I would have to wait till February 2022 blaming COVID for the delays. That is 14 months, of course I canceled my order, I wIll never order from them again. They are terrible and so is the customer service.

I placed my order for 4 bowls in good faith They were clearly marked as reduced for four the normal price £64 being crossed out and the new price £16 for four offered in the sale. I received one and was told they weren’t on offer and I had purchased one. This is clear blatant misrepresentation culminating in my decision not to order from here again
