One of the most dishonest companies I have ever had to deal with. Disgusting fraudulant practicies. What is the scheme? So you have 30 days for free return of merchandise. If you do so, be sure to check carefully for a refund. They simply do not send the refunds after it is confirmed they did receive the return. Apparently, they hope significant part of their customers will just not notice. Taking into consideration how big that corporation of thives is, it's a substential sum! One might think: mistakes happen, surely it is not the policy. Well, what if such "mistakes" happen time after time? After nearly 5 months I've discovered a robbery for ~€85. It was refunded eventually. The next returned item - exactly the same problem. But this time the thieves had a nerve to lie, be plain rude - and even go so far to insist they actually have "just received" (2 weeks after the actual delivery date) the returned item, and have sent the refund immediately after. Surprise, surprise - money never came through. When I have asked for proof, I've just been ignored. The case goes to the police.
