On their end the systematic of their products and services are so we'll thought out, I am alwayss telling my associates friends and family to sign up if they have a business idea. GREAT COMPANY. DO NOT ORDER FROM ADIDAS ONLINE

AVOID ORDERING FROM ADIDAS ONLINE. THEY USE EVRI AND TRY TO NOT TAKE ACCOUNTABILITY FOR ISSUES WITH ANY PARCELS. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS APPALLING AND THEY WILL DO WHATEVER THEY CAN TO NOT REFUND YOU. After ordering on the 11th for an item which should have arrived on the 13th, adidas are refusing to refund due to the item being “delayed”. Rather than offer solutions, they are implying that the (likely lost) package will arrive on the 25th, despite there being no post on this day (Christmas?!) Customer service have not been of any use and have misinformed the entire time. A breakdown of what has happened below: To put this into perspective: 1 - Item ordered and order scheduled for delivery on 13th 3 - order delayed on 12th 4 - adidas CS incorrectly tell me I need to update my information for them to try and deliver 5 - adidas then tell me this now means I have to wait longer to get the refund I have been asking for even though I said at this point all I wanted was my refund 6 - I ask again for my refund and adidas CS ignore this yet again 7 - adidas then tell me the package has been delivered when it hasn’t 8 - I then ask for my refund again as we’re over a week late and the order is now redundant 9 - adidas again tell me I must wait until the 25th a delivery which was advertised to be well in advance of Christmas. 10 - adidas refuse any refunding or compensation and are trying to not take any liability for the issues with their courier, ignoring 6+ asks for a refund because the goods are now redundant as they did not arrive in time and an alternative had to be arranged. Adidas still will not acknowledge the issues with the courier (evri), who notably have been identified as problematic within the area. Adidas have not presented a single solution and have shown awful customer service with solutions which have caused tore harm than resolved. I have now had to dispute this with my credit card company because they will not take the matter seriously and are doing whatever they can to not refund an order which is outdated and not even arrived over a week after their stipulated delivery. Complete scammers with a customer service team which have done whatever possible to not refund. Use alternative retailers to purchase any adidas goods.

Had a lady phone and every time I spoke she interrupted me and over spoke! When I asked her not too she said ok then Hace your day then as I went to say something else she did it again so I said will you please stop but she then said but I know what you was going to say.... ok mystic meh This service always takes the residing parents word for everything and then when I say something it’s “can you prove it” made up fictional arrears! Froze a bank account until I proved it was money from student finance leaving me with hundreds of pounds worth of charges as direct debits and standing orders couldn’t be taken out but refused to compensate me stating I shouldn’t have the money in an account then

Best Buy – Falling Apart Like Their Open-Box Deal

Went in for a simple laptop purchase and left feeling scammed. Sales guy pushed expensive add-ons HARD, then got snippy when I declined. The 'open-box discount' was maybe $20 off for a clearly used device with scratches. Price match? Yeah right – had to argue with three employees to honor their own policy. Only reason it's not 1-star is the return desk was actually helpful (shocking!). This place is becoming the Circuit City of our generation – won't last if they keep this up.

Do I have to give it 1 star?The BBC is beyond redemption. Morr insulting though is that it makes no attempt to redeem itself either.The moment my TV is turned over to the BBC for anything I prepare myself for the immediate BBCiccation of whatever the subject at hand may be. The broadcaster has just become silly. It's like the grandstanding chump who thinks they know it all, walking into an office meeting where everyone in the room knows what clueless d1ckhead they really are.I can't wait until the BBC is no more.Oh, and by the way, I'm also angry. Tackles fake harmful download sites.For some paid games like Subnautica, I have scanned malicious pirate websites in this engine and it effectively detects it. However I have to mention it has false positives for some non-harmful websites. To improve the company should make the "rescan" button easier to see which would make seeing the latest results easier (accessibility).

Poor Experience/Worse Patient Concern

For those of you anticipating access and help from this organization, be prepared for disappointment. My wife has been in horrible overall pain along with severe muscle spasms and contortions for 4 1/2 years now. She currently has to be in bed for over 20 hours a day as the symptoms are just too much to deal with. More recently she started showing symptoms of Tardive Dyskinesia. We have been to four local hospitals, seen countless doctors and specialists. The most recent Neurologist diagnosed her with Functional Dystonia…he thinks. Several nurses, doctors, specialists and ED doctors have suggested that we seek out the Mayo Clinic for the best help for her. We did. We went through the initial interview for fact gathering on their part. When we asked how long a response might take, the rep said they average around 25,000 requests a week. Three days later we received the attached computer generated response. Please note that we were willing to wait in line for an appointment, up to a reasonable point. But, instead, we’re basically tossed to the curb like garbage. No human response, no offer for a teleconference visit, no nothing. I guess we are all in the age of poor patient care anymore as this P.O.S. Organization has shown us. There is a special place in Hell for you people. Thank you allowing my wife to continue to suffer with no resolution for her symptoms. Hopefully this posting is helpful for others hoping for assistance.

Terrible experience

Terrible experience. Very difficult to remove files from dropbox if they're large. 20 GB download limit on files from the website so I downloaded the app to get the files on my desktop. But the result was an incomplete sync. Removing large files (especially given the 2 TB file limit) seems like the most basic feature a user could want. And yet, it does not work.

I’ve always admired Apple’s commitment to design, performance, and customer experience. However, this recent situation has left me disappointed and exhausted.The MacBook in question experienced persistent crashing and performance issues that were not detected by in-store diagnostics. Despite multiple visits to the Apple Store, resets, and extensive troubleshooting, I was initially told by a senior-level engineer that the issue was likely user error or third-party software. This conclusion was frustrating, as I had already ruled those out.Eventually, thanks to the incredible support of Majella from Apple Cork, the true cause was identified: a hardware fault with the display — something missed by the standard diagnostic tools used in-store. She took the time to walk me through advanced logging (using Capture Data 9.11.0) and forwarded the results to Apple’s senior engineers. It was only then that the hardware defect was confirmed.This situation highlighted a few key concerns I hope Apple will consider:Diagnostic Reliability: If your in-store tools cannot detect hardware faults accurately, customers are at risk of being misdiagnosed and dismissed.Listening to the User: I felt repeatedly unheard, despite having a technical background. This added unnecessary stress and extended the time to resolution.Support Burden on the Customer: I’ve spent lunch breaks collecting logs, taken calls during work hours, and navigated complex processes — all to prove that the problem wasn’t “user error.”I’ve always associated Apple with simplicity, elegance, and user trust.
