Since Sept 2024 and ongoing bank feeds wrong with debits appearing as credits. No support at all from Xero- just fob you off on useless message service existing you to continually upload screenshots or offer useless suggestions about how to fix. Thus has cost me so much time and extra accounting fees. The subscription price goes up every year. I subscribed only because of bank feeds but what is the point if they don’t work. I want a realperson who actually knows what they are doing to contact me and fix this plus I expect a refund for dry month it did not work.
