I bought Mass effect legendary edition through steam. I need to actually launch it through the EA app, and the EA app just wont launch it. I try to launch it through steam, then the EA app opens, and then just says there was an error and to bo back. So then I try to launch the EA app and play ME through there, but nope, its not there. I do not own it, according to EA, so I cannot play it. Why can I buy something on one launcher, nd then need another launcher to play it? Who designed this? Who let this happen? Does EA just want to murder the gaming industry? I don't understand why they make so many godddamn anti-consumer choices.

EA customer service is complete dogsh*t. I have sent an appeal to their team to treat my account hijack which led to me being automatically banned. I have tried speaking to a Customer service Representative who was completely unprofessional and spoke like someone who was not trained for their job. All they had did was reacted to my case like they "cared" and sent my case to be "reviewed." It has been 2 years with no response and nothing done to correct this issue. EA is a horrible company with a team completely lazy in their work with no care to give about their customers whatsoever.

I generally avoid Amazon these days as there is a lot of dodgy sellers and fake goods. I stupidly made a purchase for the first time in a few years and there’s immediately an issue. My package says delivered and that it was ‘handed to the resident’ when it has not been delivered. There are no photos of the delivery so I can’t even tell if it was delivered to one of my neighbours. The website advises I check around my property and with the neighbours. I bought PC components and don’t like the idea that Amazon are suggesting it is normal for them to leave packages outside your property without you having said this is ok in your delivery preferences. I have checked with the neighbours and it’s not there but once again I didn’t say it’s ok to drop off with neighbours and at the very least I would expect to have been told this had happened. I contacted customer services and despite the delivery being marked as ‘handed to resident’ they requested I check around my property and ask my neighbours, once I confirmed I had already done this they then told me there is nothing they can do for 2 working days as parcels usually turn up within this time. The website even says it’s normal for their delivery drivers to mark a parcel as delivered before it has been. I get that it’s convenient to order from, but with many places offering the same convenience I don’t understand why we still give Amazon the time of day. I wished I’d spent £5 more and got my PC parts elsewhere. Also, an Amazon package did arrive at the stated time but for a neighbour of mine, so why did their parcel arrive to me but not my own? It seems weird that there would be more than one Amazon driver coming to my street at the same time. The final reason that I’m going to avoid Amazon in future is that on the page of the item I purchased it said WD store at the top and that the item was purchased from and fulfilled by Amazon. I took this to mean I was buying stock of a PC part that had come straight from the manufacturer (WD). However, on my order it lists the seller as someone else. I don’t know who this company is and it was not clear that I was buying from this seller during the process. This lack of transparency is not ok when it comes to more expensive purchases, how do I even know I’m getting a genuine product?

If I could ESPN+ no stars I would. ESPN+ is very misleading, if you want to watch any live games of any sort do not, I repeat DO NOT PURCHASE this streaming Service. Don’t even attempt to see if you can because you can’t. All you’ll be able to do is watch clips. Things that are really free every where else. This truly is a damn scam. And they don’t offer any refunds. Horrible horrible horrible streaming service. Please don’t waste your money. You will feel robbed!

GOLDERS GREEN BRANCHThe woman who manages this branch of Cancer Research should not be allowed to deal with the public. Her manner is simply very, very rude.The young volunteers are lovely. Just the blonde woman with the glasses has appalling manners. I ask myself how they can work with such a rude person.I live locally and visit this branch very often - at first I thought it was a one-off, but I realise she is always abrupt and disrespectful. Please ask her to work in the back room as she will just put people off from buying or donating. There are plenty of charity shops in the area and volunteers in each and every one of them are always approachable and kind. I visit charity shops all the time and I have a standing order with Macmillan cancer centre and Cancer Research. Please consider sending this woman on a course where she learns to deal with customers with decency and in a civilised manner. She is not fit to represent a charity that is the emblem of such an important cause. I shall not donate, nor shop there again.

I pre ordered a game with a bonus item and instead of telling me at check out they were out so I could order somewhere else, I recieved a package with no bonus. They know how many items are available and you won't know till you get it (or not). Then the icing on the cake! I was literally told the item didn't exist and didn't come with it! The gaslighting was the moment I decided to never buy from Best Buy ever again. BTW there is a picture of the item that didn't come with it still on the page. Later I found a whole reddit forum of this happening to a ton of people so it's not a one off, just me experience.

My sister called at 9:01AM Saturday, August 10, 2024 when her 2006 Toyota Corolla would not start. I had accidentally left the headlights on. She was told roadside assistance would arrive by 11:01AM. and she would receive a call before they came. 11:30 she called to say no one called and no one showed up. I spoke to the customer service rep who tried to reach both the driver and Dispatch. Neither answered their phone. She put in a request to have Dispatch call us. At 1:20PM I called AAA when Dispatch never called. This customer service rep said Philadelphia Fleet had the order and she offered to expedite a request for Dispatch to call me. The CSR offered to give the order to another AAA roadside assistance provider. At this point I thought if Dispatch is not responding it is useless trying to contact them to assign it to another AAA roadside assistance provider. I had no confidence in AAA and cancelled the order. I can see the driver not responding but how is it that AAA Dispatch never responded. It occurred to me later that Dispatch and Philadelphia Fleet might not work on the weekend.

How on earth do people contact Trip Advisor for help?Wanted to revise/edit a review. Trip Advisor returned the original instructing me to send a new one. Did this along with photographs. Review gone missing. Every text to TA has been returned. Wrong name in review showing only one review….actual number should be thirty four or more dating back to 2011. Is this company only run digitally?Trip Advisor staff obviously don’t read this forum. Despite questioning where my review has gone, now receiving reminders from Trip Advisor about booking for hotel I’ve reviewed, trip planning tools for smooth sailing and making the most of my membership ……you couldn’t make it up!

They are the worst. Trying to book flights. Can I cancel? Fair rules require a lawyer. Price is 30% more expensive than booking direct with airline. Chatting is terrible experience. Chat freezes, font too small. Plus Amex is rarely accepted overseas. Platinum card is a sick joke and absolutely worthles.

I would like to thank SN Toni slater who came around to say hello and see if I was ok. Even though She was working in ore-assessment today . To Rachael who prepared me for surgery Checking my blood pressure and blood glucose prior to surgery and instilling my dilating drops, and explaining full the events ahead. Also the lovely nurse that escorted me into theatre, Mr Dasai who performed the surgery Was kind and gentle explaining everything as he went along making me feel relaxed. All the nurses in theatre including Nuala Burke, I Carnot praise them high enough. My experience on the whole was excellent .
