GOLDERS GREEN BRANCHThe woman who manages this branch of Cancer Research should not be allowed to deal with the public. Her manner is simply very, very rude.The young volunteers are lovely. Just the blonde woman with the glasses has appalling manners. I ask myself how they can work with such a rude person.I live locally and visit this branch very often - at first I thought it was a one-off, but I realise she is always abrupt and disrespectful. Please ask her to work in the back room as she will just put people off from buying or donating. There are plenty of charity shops in the area and volunteers in each and every one of them are always approachable and kind. I visit charity shops all the time and I have a standing order with Macmillan cancer centre and Cancer Research. Please consider sending this woman on a course where she learns to deal with customers with decency and in a civilised manner. She is not fit to represent a charity that is the emblem of such an important cause. I shall not donate, nor shop there again.
