EA customer service is complete dogsh*t. I have sent an appeal to their team to treat my account hijack which led to me being automatically banned. I have tried speaking to a Customer service Representative who was completely unprofessional and spoke like someone who was not trained for their job. All they had did was reacted to my case like they "cared" and sent my case to be "reviewed." It has been 2 years with no response and nothing done to correct this issue. EA is a horrible company with a team completely lazy in their work with no care to give about their customers whatsoever.
