Review of g2
G2 has a great set up to ask you questions and gives great prompts to get accurate information for your review. I loved that it showed me a preview of what it would look like and I was able to catch a spelling mistake and correct it before it was submitted. My only criticism was that there was a page of questions that I didn't understand what it had to do with the rest, however that didn't hold up my review.

I needed to return a defective pair of boots and no longer had my invoice. They replied promptly to my email, as well as to my second, clarifying email when they didn't exactly understand what I needed. They sent me a copy of my original confirmation email and told me to take it to any store, and that it would be acceptable to effect a return. All my emails were responded to within minutes. They were great.

I bought ONE pair of shoes at this store and I regret it every single day. I don’t know how they got my email address, but every day, I am inundated with worthless, annoying emails from them. It’s virtually impossible to opt out or stop completely. Frankly, I’ve never even worn the overpriced (from a warehouse) shoes, and they certainly aren’t worth the email aggravation!

I'm so sad that the quality of editing on BBC news has deteriorated in recent months. The news presenters look uncomfortable with the formats, all seems rushed and sketchy. There are exceptions - thinking especially of Politics live with Jo Coburn, depending on the guests, there can be some interesting and informative discussion, usually intelligent and civilised. I'm afraid I have to object to hours of opinion based coverage for hours every morning, so I turn to Sky news now, or Channel 4 - I never thought I would be saying this - please think again and do listen to the consumers - we deserve a say as licence payers and previously proud BBC defenders!

I bought a Philips product from bol.com on 11.05.2025. There was a 15 EUR cashback logo in one of the photo. and Yesterday (21.05.2025) , i tried to claim cashback amount from Philips and i got reply from Philips that campaign is started on 19.05.2025. Purchasing time is not in the campaign period.I contact Bol.com. they told me , they cant do anything. they also accept that i can return it and order again same or similar product! It is not nice to give wrong direction to customer and promise 15 EUR cashback even campaign hasn't been started yet.It is not nice to ignore problem and advice customer to contact Philips. if I wanted to do it, i could order it from Philips. And propose inefficient and non-sustainable solution. "Return it and order it again" , no environmental awareness! My advice , take a screenshot while order anything from bol.com. or directly order it from real supplier.

Review of aliexpress
Package sent through Epost service.Although I specified distribution center near me, they sent the package to a distraction center in the other part of town that is totally inaccessible to me.I'll never order anything more from AliExpress. Amazon has a way better distribution system.

LISETTE HITT After Hurricane Ian damaged our house on Sanibel, we called LISETTE HITT and asked her to find us a place to buy and live in to oversee the rehab. WHAT A FORTUITOUS DECISION. She is nothing short of perfect. She’s prompt, knowledgeable, engaging, helpful, kind, courteous, and she knocked herself out to find us a place when we were only about 1 in 5000 people looking for housing. She walked with her iPad through the unit we eventually bought, face timing every room, window, closet, floor, appliance, etc. We are and will remain so very pleased! And when our house is ready to occupy again, we’ll ask Lisette Hitt to help us sell it. She is TOP NOTCH!

Review of target
Target is my go-to for household and grocery items, with orderly stores and middle-of-the-road pricing. However, products are often out of stock, leading to frustration. Produce and clothing are hit-or-miss too. Checkout and Starbucks lines tend to move slowly. Customer service varies - some helpful, some disengaged. It works in a pinch but reliability issues mean I won't go out of my way.

Review of dropbox
Dropbox is a great product when everything is performing well. If anything ever goes wrong and you need any type of support, it would be easier and faster to start your own cloud storage company, raise capital, find partners, learn how to write code, build engineering and product development... than it would be to get someone at dropbox to actually help. As a business customer, you have a phone number to call, which makes you feel good about support when you're signing up and paying. DB has gone the route of having very nice people answer the phones quickly to placate customers and have no answers. Engineers and team that can actually help are busy doing that, understandably. Here's how it works: if you email, email responses are only sent out 1X per day. Yes, 1X per day. So in an email conversation, you ask for help, they ask you a follow up question tomorrow. You answer immediately, they ask follow up question #2 the next day. And so on. I spend 13 days trying to simply restore one folder to a specific date (a relatively simple and clear task) and it NEVER happened. I had to abandon my data, they never fixed the problem and I lost my data forever. I also invested about 1 hour per day during this 13 day stretch calling them and going absolutely no where. Very nice on the phone, completely useless. If you need DB style sharing for business folders, use Box or Google or ANYTHING, literally anything. Your data is in real danger with DB. Anything ever goes wrong, I know you're saying to yourself, "yea, but I'll get a supervisor on the phone, they can't just refuse to help me." They will not help you. I promise. They'll smile and never do a single thing.
