We used to have an account with Facebook, until they suspended the account for reporting a scam. Facebook asked for a photo of a driving license and a passport to activate the account again. Once this was sent they said that it wasn't enough and then they asked for more personal information, which we refused as we felt that it was a scam in itself to be asking for these items and utility bills etc... We stopped using anything related to Facebook, now Meta, including WhatsApp. Also, if you are a victim of abuse or harassment on Facebook, they fully support those harassing or bullying the victims and all defamatory posts can not be easily removed as bullying and harassment does not violate their community guidelines. We received some shocking emails from Facebook clearly showing that they support it! We have seen many others complain of similar issues and some leading to suicide. After our ongoing, stressful experience, we would highly recommend NOT having an account with any Meta site.

A wide range of products, but very expensive compared to the competition.Use Premiere pro for video editing, but the monthly costs include loads of other apps I don't ever use. Can be buggy and crash, have seen lots of recomendations for an alternative that I'm planning to swap to once my 1 year is up.

Ordered an appliance online. Delivery scheduled with confirmation of delivery texted to me that morning with a TWELVE-hour window...stayed home all day and they never showed. I received no text, email or call informing me of any change to the delivery schedule (no emails in spam folder either). Called customer service who reported that they could not determine why the delivery was not completed and directed me to call Geek Squad (the delivery service) to find out what occurred. On hold with Geek Squad for 45 minutes with no answer. Totally pathetic customer service. I took a day off work for this! I will never purchase anything from this company again.

I made a reservation for a hotel in Japan and received the confirmation email with the amount in US dollars that will be charged to my card.My surprise is that they charged the amount to my card in Euros and added a 5% fee for charging in different currency. In the reservation email they didn't specify this and I don't know why they changed the currency. My card accepts payments in different currencies with no additional fees. Avoid to reserve through this platform!!!

I am severely disappointed in the business practices of the Wall Street Journal. I was offered a $6 monthly subscription for the duration of one year. After one year transpired, the WSJ jacked up the rate to $49.99 per month -- no communication, no warning, no reminder. So, my business card was charged the 8.3X rate for several months before it came to my attention. When I tried to cancel, THEN they offer me a $5.33 per month rate for (again) another 12 months. I said I would subscribe again at that rate if they applied it retroactively. They would not. So, now the WSJ goes from my "admired" list to my "scorned" list.

TerribleI purchased a card in Colombia for 6 months usage. It worked fine for two weeks in December then I went on vacations to Mexico. Just returned and it does not work. Basically I have paid for 6 months (december to june 2023) and received 2 weeks use!!Stupidly, I threw the card away in December because I entered the code and all was well, Now no service, Total joke, no customer service !!

Worst customer service. Do not invest with them. Now for over a month I have been trying to solve an issue. The live Chat it's just bots telling you we are working on this etc. etc. Shame I can't post the screenshots for all to see. I had the same issue with Coinbase and they solved it in less than 5 minutes. So it's not a complicated it's just that Crypto.com do not offer client accounts service apparently.

Been trying to get my funds back! They go to a crypto wallet, and good luck trying to get it to the fiat wallet to get it back to your bank! Both wallets are on the site, so why no link? Or click and drag? Or support to cash out of this ??

I am giving one start review as a zero star review is not an option.I transferred some crypto which was supported by Crypto.com but the token ticker had changed, I conatcated customer support and am am still contating them one month later, and they say the same hing all the time "we will be back to you within the hgour, this will be resolved shorlty, we are looking into it etc. They don't fix any problems, or follow up with any further information or questions. Terrible customer service,
