RUN AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS! I was migrated onto this terrible platform after Google domains dissolved. I have had nothing but issues. They have ZERO customer service. Their website crashes constantly. DO NOT USE SQUARESPACE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. I would advise everyone to transfer away ASAP if you care about your domains and business.

Honestly came here to see if it was just me but redbubbles standards and print quality seems to of gone down hill. I am really happy with how quickly I recieve my orders and in the past the print quality has been absolutely brilliant. But unfortunately my last two orders have been bad. The picture on the first one is grainy and fuzzy and is so noticable. And the latest one seems as if the printer was running out of black ink and is completely blotchy. It's a little better than the previous but still not great considering how much you pay.

Vor einigen Tagen habe ich eine Bewertung zum "Kundenservice" des Haufe-Verlags zum Abo-Produkt LEXWARE (Buchhaltungs-/Steuer-Software) abgegeben. Die Bewertung fiel extrem schlecht aus (wenn möglich, würde ich NULL Sterne geben), weil der Haufe-Verlag Kunden einfach ignoriert und anstatt einer angemessenen Reklamationsprüfung mit korrekter Kunden-Kommunikation einfach "auf Durchzug" stellt und (der Höhe nach unberechtigte) Forderungen über ein Inkasso-Unternehmen stur anmahnen und dann eintreiben lässt. Kurz nach Veröffentlich der Bewertung meldete sich TRUSTPILOT bei mir und fordert mich auf, binnen drei Tagen dem Haufe-Verlag Informationen zur Verfügung zu stellen, um (für den Verlag) "das Erlebnis besser nachvollziehen zu können" (Original-PR-Sprech von Trustpilot). Wenn ich der Aufforderung innerhalb einer 72 Stunden-Frist nicht nachkommen würde, würde die Bewertung eventuell aus dem Netz genommen. Hallo ???? Geht's noch?????1. ALLE Informationen / Mails / Einwendungen zu der Beschwerde aus der Zeit von September 2024 - Januar 2025 ( > 4 Monate!!) liegen dem Verlag vor.LEUTE WACHT AUF UND LEST MAL DIE KORRESPONDENZ!!!!! Gibt's Kunden-Dateien/Accounts?2. Das "Kundenerlebnis" ist recht unausgewogen, weil der Verlag auf Kundenschreiben logik-fern oder garnicht reagiert. Die initiale und einzige Antwort ging am Sachverhalt ungestreift vorbei ("Thema verfehlt"): Ich könne den Abo-Vertrag nicht nachträglich kündigen. Dass der zugang überhaupt nicht ermöglicht worden war, spielte da überhaupt keine Rolle. DAS zeigt mir den immensen Bedarf an KI allerorten, wenn selbst simple Sachverhalte nicht erfasst und verarbeitet werden können von den menschlichen Wesen im Büro.....3. Der Mangel an Geisteskraft und Kundenorientierung wird allerdings durch den Einsatz eines externen Inkassobüros mehr als wettgemacht!Das Mahn- und Inkassobüro schickt gerne Mahn- und Pfändungsdrohschreiben unter der schicken Überschrift "Lassen Sie uns gemeinsam (???) eine Lösung finden". - "Euphemismus" dürfte das bestmögliche Wort für die Umschreibung dieser Kundenverhöhnung sein, weil eine Prüfung der Sachverhalte zu keinem Zeitpunkt in akzeptabler Weise stattgefunden hat. Dass mir vier Monate nach Einreichung der Kundenbeschwerde kommentarlos eine Kopie einer Mail mit dem angeblichen/mutmaßlichen Versand des Zugangscodes zu der Software zugeschickt wird, ist unzureichend, wenn genau diese Mail bei mir nie angekommen ist. 4. Also - der Haufverlag fordert für ein Software-Abo, für das ich keinen Zugangs-Code erhalten hatte, die vollständige Jahres-Abogebühr einschl. Hotline-Beratung (die ich nicht in Anspruch nehmen konnte, da ja keine Software-Nutzung möglich war).Mein Eindruck: Man entkommt eher dem "Fegefeuer´" als dem Haufe-Verlag. Hoffen wir, dass das Unternehmen nicht zwingend auf Einnahmen auf solch "brüchiger Anspruchs-Grundlage" angewiesen ist wie es hier den Anschein hat.5. Sollte der Haufe-Verlag oder Trustpilot meine erste Bewertung und/oder diese Ergänzungs-Erfahrung - pardon "mein Verlags-ERLEBNIS" löschen, werde ich ich a.) diese Bewertungen hier erneut posten und b.) beide Unternehmen bei den Aufsichtsbehörden melden, da hier vom Anfangsverdacht der "Zensur" ausgegangen werden muss. Das würde das Konzept von Trustpilot ad absurdum führen.

When I contacted the company they said they would do a manual refund and then when I received an email confirming this it said I would have to wait another 10-14 days. I have been a customer for several years. I have put up with abuse, lack of customer service, and no form of customer response. Everytime I run into a problem Wells Fargo leaves me out in the rain without resolution. Time to move on to a new bank. If you have a Wells Fargo account, get out. Today I called Wells Fargo (WF) to complain about a checking account issue I thought was resolved 3 months ago. The recording came on that said "we are receiving an unusually high number of calls". This is BS and a very deceiving voice mail. WF always receives a high number of calls because as a customer for 10+ years, I know that WF always has this same recording on--but never adds enough personnel to service their customer base. Simply put, WF has the attitude that customers can wait till WF has the time to answer their phones. I started calling at 1pm PST and was on hold for 48 mins then disconnnected. Called back waited 30 mins for someone to answer--transferred three times and disconnected. Called back and this time gave the rep my number to call me back if we became disconnected. Was transferred again 3 times then "put on a brief hold" 45 mins later, someone answered and told me I was transferred to the wrong dept. She transferred me again--call was disconnected--no one called back. At 4:48pm I called back waited 20 minutes for someone to answer. I was very upset with having to listen while on hold to a WF voice telling me how cusotmer service is their main priority--not my experience and so far from the truth. Then while on hold the phone began to ring, leading me to believe a person would finally answer. NOT! I received a voice mail that said the dept was closed leave a message. REALLY? I am so over this. Moving my business to the credit union.

Ordered online, Item was never shipped, had to call and was told it got lost and never shipped! Told i could have a refund or wait up to 7 days to get a replacement. No wonder these old school stores are going out of biz! Won't be back!

I’ve recently started to use Gumroad and was delighted to find one place that met all of my needs eg website, email collection, email autoresponder, shopping cart, blog and online store. I can’t believe how inexpensive and affordable it is - I definitely think it’s the cheapest online for what it offers. And the usability is really easy and simple too. Also the domain set up was easier than normal as they find your site and link it on their end . Also really happy that they deal with all the email laws and regulations. Customer service is great and I normally get an answer within a day. I also like the explanations on the site - it sounds human and not like a company like Fb where they really don’t care about you, and you can’t get hold of anyone if you have a problem. As someone buying from the site, the process is super fast and easy. The only feedback I have is to improve the look and layout of the post page and make it easier for people to skim over the different posts or find the ones that they are interested in rather than scroll through each full post. But I think this is a fairly new feature and hopefully they will improve it. All in all, I highly recommend Gumroad.

Wanted to change from family to premium plan months ago. Was told to cancel family, repurchase premium.Never did fearing loss of data.Annual renewal arrived. Only with help from chat / assistant was I able to change plan at renewal.Mission accomplished, but process was not optimal.
