Greedy company mediocre classes Website endless loading and chat bot is useless. They refuse to help their customers with human interaction at 50 dollars per month, that's just poor service.

Worst customer service do not invest with them.

Worst customer service. Do not invest with them. Now for over a month I have been trying to solve an issue. The live Chat it's just bots telling you we are working on this etc. etc. Shame I can't post the screenshots for all to see. I had the same issue with Coinbase and they solved it in less than 5 minutes. So it's not a complicated it's just that Crypto.com do not offer client accounts service apparently.

Been trying to get my funds back! They go to a crypto wallet, and good luck trying to get it to the fiat wallet to get it back to your bank! Both wallets are on the site, so why no link? Or click and drag? Or support to cash out of this ??

Best cashback card in Italy

I use Crypto.com services from years. I never had problems with the app, card and exchange. I used the support sometimes, and they were good. In Italy, it has the best cards for cashback. It's the card I use the most.

I am giving one start review as a zero star review is not an option.I transferred some crypto which was supported by Crypto.com but the token ticker had changed, I conatcated customer support and am am still contating them one month later, and they say the same hing all the time "we will be back to you within the hgour, this will be resolved shorlty, we are looking into it etc. They don't fix any problems, or follow up with any further information or questions. Terrible customer service,

Waste of money

If you want to pay 1,000 and have a solid laptop for 4-6 months go for it! If not avoid, bad quality, screen went bad after only 3 months started not turning on and several other issues that conveniently enough are not included on the warranty
