The shoes I ordered came quickly. They didn’t fit so I returned them to a store. The staff were very nice. DSW has changed its routine under the guise of being green. When really it’s just being cheap. They don’t print out a hard copy return receipt anymore. When I asked for one, they had to print it out in the back room, have someone retrieve it and bring it upfront. Turns out it wasn’t a return receipt. It was just a copy of the original purchase receipt. When it came to buying more shoes, they don’t supply any type of bag other than ones you can purchase. They carry in store very limited stock of sizes and the coupons are not good on too many brands. I give it two stars because the workers are very nice, however, DSW procedures are very negative. I also found the same shoes cheaper at other stores even though they were on sale at DSW.

I accidentally subscribed to Claude's yearly plan due to unclear pricing information. I contacted support within a day requesting to switch to monthly billing. It's now been a week with no response except an automated message from chatbot Fin saying my request was forwarded to the team. There's no phone number or social media for follow-up. No way to contact the team and resolve this issue.

I sent the BBC a complaint about text and online golf score errors and omissions but they have a cunning trap where you must register your e-mail address within one hour afterwards and they ask for a case reference number that you do not have so you give up in frustration. It is time to consign dear old auntie to the scrap heap.

AT&T mobile customer is the worst in the world. They outsourced to India. Their customer service doesn’t know and do anything. Complete incompetence and useless. Still tie up with phone payments. If not I a switching to Verizon Wireless. Verizon customer service is world class. ATT provide garbage customer customers.

BBC news is a shadow of its former self. Its more of a 'magazine' programme than a news medium.One can tune in and wait an age to actually hear any 'news'. Inane interviews about the 'world football cup. On and on and on.Waxing lyrical about supporters wearing tattoos...Meanwhile world news is getting shoved into third or forth place.Time for change including the news presenters. Worse of the bunch are Nagatha and Sally, closely followed by Charlie et all.

I tried to cancel my subscription, but then I was directed to call. All the phone numbers available for Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan etc are not working.I followed the advice from the other comments here, changed my credit address to a CA USA valid address, then the cancel link magically shows up! I have just made the cancellation, let us see if that really works...For a billion dollar public company this is just very shameful business practice, whoever executive planned, executed and signed off on this, it is not worth the negative PR the WSJ will be getting in return.

Claimed back-dated Payment Holiday after NT online broadcast yesterday. NT had informed Members by email but only had my postal address. They have no difficulty in contacting me by post with membership card and marketing but failed to do so about payment holiday!?! Trust neither current Trustees nor "Bored" of Directors with my and Nation's heritage! Lack of responsible stewardship, judgement and leadership in such a crucially important British organisation. Would have given no stars but requires a minimum of one to be posted!
