I accidentally subscribed to Claude's yearly plan due to unclear pricing information. I contacted support within a day requesting to switch to monthly billing. It's now been a week with no response except an automated message from chatbot Fin saying my request was forwarded to the team. There's no phone number or social media for follow-up. No way to contact the team and resolve this issue.
