Yikes. If we want to step aside from the obvious ethical shortcomings of the company (fatphobia, theft of artistic property, etc), UO can't even seem to feign caring for their customers. Not proud to say I was a loyal one, had been for nearly 10 years, but sometimes I'd see some things I loved and I'd cave. Last night I placed a rather large order and while the money came out of my bank (not pending, paid) I hadn't received an order confirmation or number. @UO whoever is working in your order processing team needs to be reviewed! Horrific customer service-- yawning on the call, repeating "I don't know what to say" and, when I ask who might, "I'm not sure." Lacked understanding of your company's processes and annoyed that I'd ask? Okay. Will be returning and refraining from any further UO purchases... it's not cool to ping your customers around and make them feel its somehow on them that you have glitches on your end. For all the trouble I went through, with all the people I spoke to, there wasn't a single apology or acknowledgement that things had gone wrong. Thank u, next.

Tesla Insurance is an absolute nightmare. I filed a claim and heard nothing back for over a month. No adjuster, no updates, no communication whatsoever. Trying to get someone on the phone is nearly impossible, and when you do, they’re unhelpful and clearly out of their depth. It feels like they’ve set up an insurance company with no intention of actually handling claims. Total lack of professionalism and accountability. Save yourself the stress — go with a real insurance provider.

Purchased £3,000 on garden furniture from them 2 years ago on 3 year finance, and now it's all discontinued! Can't get the seat covers, cushion covers, arms, legs, nothing, haven't even paid it off and it's already redundant. Contacted support trying to get replacement back cushion covers to which they said it wasn't possible anymore and asked me HOW they went missing, as if that's going to help in any way to provide me with support? If I said the dog ate them do they suddenly have stock?Don't waste your money on big purchases, theres no long term support they advertise as modular and replacements and blah blah but they discontinue lines every time you blink so you have to buy it all brand new. If I want matching cushions now it'll cost me £400 on new covers, ludicrous.

Review of mercari
I purchased fragrance that took 3 weeks to arrive. It wasn’t like the seller described, which I documented and submitted to Mercari. My return request was approved. I sent it back literally the next business day using the label and method mercari provided. Too bad for me USPS was dealing with holiday traffic and did not scan upon possession of the item. It was delivered back to seller within a week, scanning once it was closer to the seller address. Mercari charged me for the fragrance (that I no longer have!!) due to not returning within their timeframe. They even had the gall to claim I didn’t ship until ONE DAY before it was delivered back to seller. That is ridiculous and impossible. Fragrances are shipped via ground hazard methods and always take longer, it’s never overnight especially not going from west coast to the south. The support staff have zero common sense. After having bought and sold items on Mercari for years, I have decided to delete my listings and close my account.
